While I realize this is one of our areas top tourist attractions, lets be honest about what it is, essentially: an open-air, suburban mall. Full of the same full-price retail and mediocre chain restaurants you can find in the sprawling suburbs of any other U.S. city, from Seattle to Miami. Granted, the "town center" concept did begin here. And with the opening of Eastons first phase in 1999, you could say a new era of mixed-use development was launched. But while the streets and squares within the center do reasonably mimic the walkable area of a real city, theres still a palpable phoniness to it all: its artificial. Not a town that developed organically, over time. To all that, add in the fact Easton is a *vehicular* destination for everyone but the relatively few people who live in the adjacent apartments. That explains the maddening traffic nightmare that exists daily getting in & out of the area. It also kinda defeats the whole purpose of having a walkable, neighborhood-like "town center," does it not?

Even if youre not shopping Easton provides a great experience. Ive brought family members who are from out of town (or out of country) and they always love coming here. You can pretty much spend an entire day here and over summer there is always something going on. They do have a curfew on weeknights and weekends to prevent anyone under from 18 to be in the facility after a certain time and they tend to do an okay job at enforcing it. It cant be pretty busy on weekends but still a great place to go. Many places to try out to eat and even a movie theater. Even during busy seasons parking isnt too bad. There are many areas to park in and they integrated sensors in most parking garages to help you find open parking spaces. They are great when they work, but sometimes you get faulty sensors. Overall, if you are from out of town and looking for a place to shop and visit, Easton is a great place to go!!!

My Family gathered to celebrate several of our young adult Childrens Birthdays. Easton Town Center, at one time was an upscale shopping and dining venue oriented towards a younger generation. This area, to me, now seems very dated, 2017. We dined at The Cheesecake Factory, as requested by our OSU College student daughter. Although wed made reservations, and arrived early, the wait staff issued our group a Pager. At a nearby Bar We found a table, with covered patio, where we waited 45 minutes before being beeped. The Cheesecake Factory was Very Crowded and Extremely Noisy. The service and food, unremarkable and overpriced. Wait staff gave the impression their priority was flipping tables to generate revenue, rather than making a memorable dining experience for their patrons. I have No desire to return here. Very disappointing

This area is fun and exciting if you have cash and time to waste. I enjoyed the different stores that are not common in the city and the melting point of so many different people that come from all over Columbus to shop together. Great people watching to say the least. The parking is a nightmare on the weekend and the prices are higher at certain food spots than their normal only because its in the mall area. Overall Easton is great for wasting a day buying things you wont care about in a month or so. Just be prepared to almost hit people and cars because everyone Sunday cruises in this area, barely pay attention to the roads, and people randomly stepping out into the streets. It is true anxiety at moments. Overcrowded like a city festival on certain weekends.

Coming from a big city like New York City I find coming to Easton Mall as a place out of no where. Its not like the Mall of America, but I have to say, there are tons of things to do, see and yes of course, shop. The buildings are all uniquely structured with that nice Disneyland and imaginative look in nature. Many of the shops are nicely decorated with white lights in a tasteful but elegant manner. Enough rambling on; if youre in Columbus, OH, stop over and bring a friend and enjoy a nice day out. BTW, in the summer they also have a lot of free entertainment by the big area (forgot whats its called) but feel free to stop over, sit on the grass or bring a chair and enjoy!

The Center itself was very nice. Lot of stores to chose from no matter what you are looking for. We went to the AMC IMax Theater but it wasnt as nice. Our first time there & no employee offered us any information as to what we needed to view the movie. We got the wrong glasses...as we were told would be given to us at the movie & was not...there was a container outside the movie but it had regular 3D glasses in it. Did not know we needed special glasses...we do now...to see an IMAX movie. The sound was SO loud. My ears were ringing hours later. We drove 2 hrs away to see the movie in IMax. We both decided it was not worth the trip. Will not be going back.

Lovely and Charming location. Festive and magical. Good place for dates or family fun. Wide selection of shopping, with boutique stores, retail chains, and department stores. Delicious variety of restaurants. Great food court too. Often entertainment, craft fairs, music. Funnybone comedy theater inside town center. Very safe and clean. Upscale but also kid friendly. Plenty of parking garages and on-street parking - hard to find during peak times. Department stores have free Lots. So does Barnes & Noble and Trader Joes. Wheelchair and stroller rental inside town center. I think its free. Also complementary umbrellas near exits.

Easton really nails the hybrid indoor/outdoor mall model, and they were one of the first. Seriously, in the whole U.S. of A., Easton helped set the bar for what the modern mall looks and feels like. Anchored around an excellent (and exceptionally loud, FYI) movie theatre, the indoor space has plenty to offer on its own. But you can head outside to get to a huge Barnes & Noble or my favorite restaurant in Easton, North Star Cafe. Lastly and possibly most noteworthy, parking is surprisingly easy. Even in the days leading up to Christmas Ive never had a problem finding a spot thats convenient to my shopping needs.

A mega theater with a buffet full menu available in a dine in theater. There are foot locker, womens foot locker and kids foot locker. There is an authentic Mexican restaurant that is not in the inside mall area; They are flawless and they have high end Italian and French sit down places also. There is a place for running through a sprinkler in the hotter months. There a several spots for children stores its updated, safe, well lit, onsite security guards, plenty of inside and outdoor lots available. It has access to buses from every side. They have most of the major large retail stores.

Why Me?
I love this mall, I really do but they really need to do something about the scary rude people that have been hanging out here for awhile. Its got an Apple Store, Nordstrom, Sephora etc. but I dont even go here unless I REALLY have to and I dont live that far away. I cant stand parking in the parking lot next to Nordstrom because they hang out in packs and cause problems. I just dont see this place being a thing in 20 years, especially with the internet. A lady was shot in Victorias Secret for crying out loud. What is it going to take?
