I had, a terrible experience at this apple store. They made me wait an hour and witness rediculous shenanigans of their employees making small talk with one another. Then they told me since the power on my iPhone I bought a couple months ago was no longer functional. That I had to wait for them to ship another one because they couldnt just give me the exact same phone on a different color. So then I had to wait another half hour to talk to a manager and witnessed every employee in the entire store stop what they are doing ignore their customers and clap for a employee that was quitting. For literally 5 minutes of obnoxiously loud clapping. Their manager Tim needs to get his employees under control and a little more organized. Ive been an iPhone owner since day 1 and have waited inline for iPhones every release date. I remember when service at apple was about the customer, now its all about the profits. We are all just another decimal for their unfair agenda.

I prefer Legacy over its nearby neighbor, Beachwood Place. This is due to its plethora of quality dining options. California Pizza Kitchen, Stir Crazy, The Melting Pot. These are all unique restaurants the likes of which you dont find everywhere. And of course no one does dessert better than the Cheesecake Factory. Beyond dining there are plenty of shopping options to be had. I frequent the Crate and Barrel to get high quality home goods. The service there is excellent. Additionally, Legacy has a grocery store, so it can really round out your shopping experience. You can do your grocery shopping, grab lunch at Chipotle, and then snag a pillow from Crate and Barrel on your way out. By being broken up into sections of standalone shops, it really creates a more immersive experience than the mall atmosphere. You feel almost as if you are in your own quaint little town.

Theyve got what you need! Legacy Village is an adorable shopping mini Mecca that features popular stores and restaurants that any fashioinista can respect. Theres a Nordstroms Rack, a Cheesecake Factory, (my favorites), and a bunch of other stores to cure your shopping needs. It is not super posh, you will not find a Prada store nor will you find a Fendi retailer at this location. But you will find many fashion retailers that fit the mid level shoppers budget ($$). They also feature a grocery store and a gym at this location. I was not impressed by the gym but the grocery store was adequate. It could be considered a one stop shop for many families and there are a good variety of locations to please you; not to mention it looks interesting. It reminds of visiting the downtown area of a small town but much fancier and no town hall. Check it out, you will have fun.

The new mega shopping center. Large amounts of restaurants, retail, etc. Crate and Barrel just opened recently. Expensive describes the stores and restaurants. There is a Main Street and band concerts in the summer. Food from Cheesecake Factory to Thai and Vietnamese and a Steakhouse. Im sure the idea was to create a village feel, but to much concrete for that to work. New hotel just opened on the property. I have not been inside yet. Lot of construction nearby; as older shopping centers try to play catch up. So traffic can be intense in the area. Still, if you have the money, Capital Steaks has excellent and high priced steaks, Legacy Village can be hard to resist. Too bad, unlike the similar Village on the West side, no condos, apts., etc, which would help it feel like more of a village and less of a massive amount of stores and restaurants.

Very pleasantly surprised. Read the reviews and had low expectations. Called for a tech appointment and wasnt very impressed with girl that handled the call. Tried to abort and go to Westlake, but after 40 minutes on hold, I had only moved from 5th in the que to 2nd and gave up. I spent more time looking for the store in Legacy Village than I did in the store. Walked in, was greeted by name, introduced to my Genius rep, who got right to work on swapping out my iPad 2 with a broken display. Within 15 minutes, I was back in my car with a new, replacement iPad 2. Outstanding service and very friendly people. I will think twice before buying another Dell...

This place has very clean and well taken care of businesses. They host very cool events for kids and the family. They have live music every Friday in the summer. Capital grille is probably the best steakhouse I have every been to including in comparison to Hyde Park downtown Cleveland. They actually ran to the store for my brother to get him a drink he asked for but they didnt have. Cheesecake factory is also another great restaurant to visit while here. The giant eagle they have here is the best in the area. Just come and visit. Its a beautiful place to go shop and have dinner.

Legacy Village is a really nice shopping area. Most of the stores are more upscale, but theres a (nice) Giant Eagle, Dicks and a few others for us normal folk. Its not Crocker Park, but its not trying to be and its really quite nice. The addition of a parking garage makes it much easier to park and get around. Good restaurant choices from Chipotle to the Capital Grille. I feel like the stuff thats not in the center of the "village" dont get as much attention as the rest: they just feel a little colder/lamer most of the time.

Unbelievable. I went to the Apple Store and tried to buy four unlock I-phone 4s. The staff asked me so many questions and said “NO”. He asked me why I brought so many phones at one time. What was I trying to do with the phone? I was very angry. I walked into a store and wanted to buy their product. I was rejected because I TRIED TO BUY SOME MANY PHONES AT ONE TIME. I WOULD NEVER USE APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN.

Hyatt legacy village is in a good location with a short drive to the waterfront. You also can walk to the stores nearby and is just an intersection away from the Beachwood mall. The rooms are nice with many outlets for power and good wi-fi. There is a safe and refrigerator along with a smart tv that can access YouTube and Hulu (no Netflix) It is definitely a high-end hotel and should be fine for anyone.

Great place, lots of shops and restaurants. I will say though that parking is kind of a pain - there are limited spots on the street, so dont count on being able to park in front of wherever youre going. Even the lots get filled fast. Its also irritating getting out of there when its busy. Cedar has a long light while the light to get out of Legacy stays green for like 5 seconds.

Legacy Village is a large, outdoor shopping mall that is very expansive, has many quality shops, and short walking distances. However, there is barely enough parking, and it does take awhile to get in and out of one of the main entrances due to the offramp on the highway being too close, but that is not Legacy Villages fault. Overall, this is a great place to shop.

Very unprofessional and rude staff at the apple store legacy village location. I had bad experience twice at that location. I sincerely hope that apple takes an action to train the staff at this location as this store is a real disgrace to a great brand like Apple. I ended up buying my phone from the AT&T store next door where people are courteous and respectful.
