My girls are the third generation going to Beachwood (Mall) Place but the luster has worn off. Will not ever return to this mall as one of the foreign- ran-kiosks misogynist called my 11 year old daughter a liar, almost attacked my wife for standing up for my daughter and forced their grandma to hand out 5 dollars for a .20 cent ballon full of gel. If ruining their mall visit was not enough my wife gave management a chance to redeem themselves and asked for an apology from this chauvinistic excuse of man. Management instead sent my wife a 20 dollar gift card which she sent back and ignored a superbly written letter of complaint. My daughter, wife and their grandma are awesome and will simply have decided simply not to ever visit this mall again. They have gotten over it and will walk the high ground. I am posting this to prevent anyone reading this post from being duped by these 5 dollar minded people and to shed some light in what Beachwood Mall has become including management (they protected the imbecile who called my daughter a liar and patronized my wife with a meaningless card). I hope that the LEGO store makes a smart decision and moves out to Legacy... in the meantime it looks like we will be ordering LEGOS online.

Beachwood mall is a fun place to shop. This mall is suitable for the $$ mainstream shopper who is looking for a nice variety of goods. The latest Ohio fashions are there and it is neat and clean. The staff of various stores can be a bit snobby but I suppose this is due to the location. I have visited malls with a greater variety and a more impressive inventory but considering the location it will do. There is a Nordstroms, a Sacks Fifth Avenue, a Dillards and many other reputable smaller shops to tantalize any shoppers taste. This mall is not for the cheapskate or the lazy person. It is a large location and it does have a couple of floors, most of the shops are occupied; therefore do not enter broke and do not wear uncomfortable shoes, you will regret it. If youre trying to shop till you drop you could do it here at the Beachwood Mall.

Mall management REALLY needs to be better about maintaining the pavement around the building. Ive been pointing out for OVER A YEAR that the curb cuts and thresholds into the building are so off-level as to tip me out of my wheelchair if I dont navigate them BACKWARDS so that the big wheels encounter the barrier first. Some elderly person is likely to trip and break a hip but they dont care. Ive gone in to the management office and reported these issues personally, and taken their management people out to SHOW them where the problems are. Hopefully my putting this hear either gets them off their butts fixing the problem OR will serve as evidence when they get sued over an injury from this negligent behavior.

Decent mall with a lot of options. Obviously more expensive than some other places, but thats to be expected. They have clothes to suit every style and many budgets, so its good from that point. The T-Mobile here also recently expanded from a kiosk to a full sized store. The best jewelry store there is definitely Ashcroft and Oak. The food court is very good, and has a Chick-Fil-A! The candy shops are overpriced and not very good, so dont bother. Also this is one of the few places that has a Microsoft store. Overall, good place to shop and for teenagers to hang out.

First off I dislike malls with a passion, but unfortunately I had to take my Surface in for replacement and this mall had Microsoft. Ill be honest I walked in through Nordstrom and went straight to Microsoft so I cant vouch for the entire mall. However it appeared to be clean, and have many stores normal social people would like. I like this mall because they had my Microsoft store, also this place is massive! (Or maybe its me being from a small down) If you like shopping this place appears to give you many options.

Its a mall. There are a ton of places to shop but I can never seem to find what Im looking for. Lots of upscale stores. Its clean. However my personal shopping skills leave much to be desired so the size of the place is just too much. I mostly grab a random assortment of garments from H and M, and wonder aimlessly looking for a restroom. As far as I can tell, there is exactly 1. NEVER go there in the months of November and December. Thats just asking for financial and physical torture.

So it turns out they have this policy that on weekends people under 18 must be accompanied by a person above 21. They did not however make an exception to family members. I (20 years old) was with my 15 year old brother and this skinny security guard ( who by the way looked like he was 17 or younger) would not let him in. He said that we either had to leave or split (i would go in and he would not) This is absurd especially that the way the guard talked to us was disrespectful.

Would be 5 stars if I could actually afford the stores, haha. But seriously, its a really nice, ritzy mall – Saks 5th Ave., Nordstroms – you know, valet parking. As for variety, there are quite a few stores that span the spectrum of interests and styles and should be able to suit just about everyones shopping taste. Overall, a great place to mall if youre mostly a window-shopper like me.

Nice shopping. Decent food court. Not comfortable for young people of color. Security uncomfortably follows you and some stores (Godiva chocolate) the clerks are rude of some people coming, going as far to ask if the person is lost or in the wrong store when clearly I walked directly to what I had wanted and picked it up. Very uncomfortable for young people of color (Black or Latino )

I grew up in Beachwood and Beachwood Place has dramatically changed since the mid-90s. Go there sometime in the evening and youll see what I mean. At one time Randall was a nice mall too. Did anyone see the 200 - 300 kids having a riot just for fun a couple of weeks ago? Is this a place you want your children or wife going to?

There were tons of sketchy people here, reminds me of Randall Mall before it crashed and burned. Police a security were everywhere. I can only assume they have issues here, it felt like everyone was waiting for a massive riot to breakout. We will not be going back, also pricing was 50% higher than everywhere online.

Great food choices in the food court! Nice h and m. Also incudes a variety of stores that you dont usually see in regular malls. Tons of high end stores like Loccitane, Bebe, Lush, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lacoste, and many more. Very great place to shop if youre looking for something nice

I love this mall. Its nice, renovated and has most - if not all the - stores you hope and expect to see in a decent mall. Theres also another shopping center across the street called Legacy Village. This mall has $3 valet and friendly security. And my girls love the huge chess board!

Usually have a good time here, but since the riot I get stopped and checked and ID by every security guard I pass. I cant even shop because Im so self conscious about how young I look even though Im 25. Some security guards were extremely rude and I will not be going back.
