this place has lots of potential the Publix store serves and very wide community. Recently there was a change of ownership and some infrastructure upgrades resulting in attracting some nice new tenants including but not limited to McDonalds Papa Johns a wing place and a fitness center.

I worked in this mall for 4 years. Great place to work and to shop. Has pretty much anything you could want from Victorias secret to tools at sears. There is something for everyone!Bonus the food court is well stocked with lots of different choices for everyone.

The Publix in Gateway is like an old friend. Always there when you need them. The employees are usually courteous and eager to help. I left off a star because theres NO PHARMACY. Its so much easier to shop and fill prescriptions at the same time.

Its like a ghost town center its barely anything in there. I dont know what happen but back in the day it was packed you could barely get a parking space. Now all the really good stores are gone but other than that its an okay place to go.

The mall is dying not much stores in it just a shoe store and a sporting goods store also a cheap clothing store that isnt worth buying from. Has more stores in strip malls in the area but not interested in any of them.

The shopping center itself and the neiborhood are a bit rundown. Some of the stores are nice. Of course, as always the Publix is the jewel of the shopping center.
