George, the owner, has anger management issues. He is unethical, condescending, manipulative, and a liar. George was selling games in the month of December that were being purchased as Christmas presents. He was stating that if you had a receipt on a used game you could bring it back. Then, December 26 rolls around and you try to return a gift back because it was a repeat gift, and George decides to yell at his customers, call them liars, tell them he doesnt care what you were told when you purchased it but it wont be returned now and there is nothing he will do for you. He actually raised his voice and yelled this at me! I have never actually been yelled at by an owner of a store until now. He will tell you what you want to hear to get your money, but if something goes wrong, you are out of luck. So, is this the kind of business you want to purchase from? Is this the kind of owner you want to support? For me, I will be taking my business else where from now on.

I called to see if they had the items I was looking for, and explained that I wanted to make sure because they were a 30 minute drive from me. The person I talked to on they phone confirmed, and quoted me prices. I made they drive only to be told that the price was going to be higher, because he could get more out of them. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. They selection was large, but the prices were rather high, and the store was dark and dirty. Neither the salesman nor the owner (a Joe Pesci want to be) seemed very knowledgeable. After talking to friends, I found I wasnt the olny one who had been treated this way, or felt the same. Bottom line save your time, there are better game stores out there.

This is a shop run by guys that love gaming, possibly more than their clientele. While the storefront and interior may be simple, rest assured that the attention not spent on decorating will be redirected into quality repairs and stock. I was amazed to see an Atari being refurbished on the counter, and I was able to see it breathe life once again, as the repairman tinkered away at it. I had the disk reading laser replaced on my PS3, and it was done within 24 hours. They billed me fairly for a job that I certainly was not up to the task of undertaking. I would highly recommend them for any repairs, especially of older or systems with difficult to acquire parts.

I cant tell you how much I love this store. Whenever I walk in that door I feel right at home, and the staff does an amazing job of being friendly. Their selection of games is pretty darn good, with a wide selection of PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo games being varied and interesting. You can find a section of Atari Games, and I also found an Intellivision 2. Their prices are not easy to beat, for both their games and consoles. If you are in the area, definitely check out this store. Its staff is pretty awesome, the selection of games is great, and the prices are outstanding. Theyre on it, doggonit!

Firelord- The Master

Gave me a great deal on redoing my kids ps3 guts. They carry lots of hard to find pre owned games and if you do lots of business with them, they keep eyes open for things you are after and call you when they come in. Great local small business that is ran by some great guys. They also use parts that are at the high end, compared to other possible cheaper parts. They want to stand by their work. And do. We had an issue before and they took care of it, with no questions asked and definitely no yelling or other such nonsense. Weve patronized this store for many years, and never once had a problem.

Pretty upset at my last visit. I purchased Spec Ops: The Line from this place for 20 dollars. I was shooting the breeze with the guy and he was dogging on the other stores in the area. I went to another store (Game On) and they had the same game for 15 bucks. Now Im not upset about the extra 5 bucks I was charged, it was about how he demonized the other stores for no reason other than to make himself look better. Its sickening. I would find a better place to spend my money if I were you.

One Of the Best Places Left out there to Buy video games on deals instead of Corporate Pricing. I came in there With My son, and Instead of Being Uptight about him walking around the shop The Owner Actually Gives My 6 Year old Son a Game for His Gameboy Advance. You dont find Video Game Dealers Like Him anymore... I would Give this Place 10 Stars and Highly Recommend you visit if not Start Buying all your Video Games From him. 5/5 Stars Perfect

Best game store in the area. I took in an Xbox 360 to see what they could do. They practically built a new one from scratch to try and fix it. Didnt charge me a dime. The place has a great selection and deserves far more business than Ive seen it get. The people who work there are kind and understanding, and are more than willing to help a random guy out to the extent of REPLACING EVERY REPLACEABLE BIT OF A 360 in an attempt to fix it up.

I Walked in expecting crazy eBay prices like a lot of the other local stores. But was amazed by the amount of stuff and the low prices. I actually stood there talking with the guys for about 30 minutes as my wife and younger brother shopped. They even hooked me up with a controller for my Dreamcast for about $15 less than what everyone else wants. I will be returning very soon.

A great store! I went in needing a GBA SP battery, (which I bought two days ago at capital games) and he gave it to me for free! He also wrapped up my charger! Great store for GBA, GBC, or any and all Nintendo products. Will definitely be back! I also recommend Video Games Express on Stringtown! Btw, DO NOT GO TO CAPITAL GAMES!!!! THEY RIP YOU OFF!

Very reasonable prices and friendly staff.. Needs to offer better selection of games. Hard to trade for credit when selection is very limited. Being open when advertised would help a great deal also. Went several times to shop and had to go to game stop because they were not there.

Really Really nice people he let me get any game for 5 dollars for free! They even have everything you want and really good prices if you are looking for a gaming console I remember they replaced my xbox 360 for 50$ when my old xbox had the red ring of death!

Great store for used video games and old games. They have very reasonable prices for most games, systems, and controllers. I was able to pick up an almost mint condition Gameboy Pocket for only $30. Very happy with my purchase.

every time I go in there I feel right at home. They are great! They answer all my questions and always have what I am looking for. When my DS broke they did an awesome job fixing it. Always get a good laugh when I am there.

Owner is very friendly, sat and talked to my son and I for half an hour. Selection is decent for a used game store and prices are about what I expect. Other employees arent necessarily friendly, but not rude either.
