As was the case with another review listed below, I was assured by an employee that an item I planned to purchase would be there when I returned with an item I was going to exchange it for. This employee, Sean, was helpful, courteous and represented the business well. On the other hand, the store manager, Mike did not. When I arrived, the salesperson immediately got Mike (the store manager) to deal with me, knowing that I would not be happy. He too, heard the friendly conversation I had with Sean the night before. We were the only people in the store at the time. Mike made the decision to sell the item that I was assured would be there with NO REGARD to the prior agreement made Sean (his stores representative) and me. He coldly stated that is their policy. When I told him about the agreement I had with Sean, he just kept repeating - this is our policy, with no expression or concern. Rather than sell this item that was promised to me, for the sake of good customer service, Mike (the manager) should have honored his salesmans agreement with me, and THEN tell Sean that this is not their policy. I have been a loyal customer of Gadget Ease and New Uses for many years, and have found all the staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Mike was not. As the manager of your store, Mike has spoiled what has otherwise been a very pleasant experience doing business with Gadget Ease. I dont trust Mike and am reluctant to do business there, or refer others to Gadget Ease as I have done in the past. The District manager has since reached out to me and made this a positive transaction. I appreciate his quick response and the eventual outcome that he made possible. His attitude was consistent with what Ive experienced with Gadget Ease in the past - friendly, fair and knowledgeable people representing the company. Ive changed my review and highly recommend this business. Thanks again.

This is a great store with a wide variety of excellent tech at superb prices if you are a buyer. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You often get to try the items you are buying. As a buyer, you need to know most items only have a 24 HOUR return, they actually allow until the close of business the next day for a return if needed . Additionally, because of local law, some items on display may be marked as not available until a listed date that can be as much as a week from the current time. Beyond those concerns this is a SUPERB place to get used tech, usually in excellent condition, including some smartphones at very desirable prices.

I spent $280 on an iPhone4 and asked before I took it what the return policy was. The employee told me 24 hours. I went home and checked everything I could and did all the updates and it worked ok. Six days later the speakers do not work. I spent an hour on the phone with apple and att and they were both appalled that the place that sold it would not take accountability for selling a defective phone. I called Gadgetease and they confirmed that there was nothing they could do. Although, they didnt have a problem selling me a used defective phone for way more than they shouldve. I would not deal with them again.

I bought a used phone here during a time when I wanted to get off the grid for a little while and revert to a flip phone. At first it worked really well but about 3 days later it was having some software problems and became almost unusable. I brought it back expecting a full refund. The guy at the counter said that I was "costing them money" by holding on to their phone for three days and that it was "my fault" that it broke. I sat there and argued with him for about 20 minutes until the owner in the back came out and regrettably gave me my money back to shut up. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

This place is a joke .. I took my Sony alpha 3000 there to sell .. FYI I bought that at best buy for $600 .. the price they offered me was $63 .. I was literally laughing out loud at that guys face .. seriously dude? Youre making people stupid .. I understand that .. but dont make yourself look stupid in their eyes .. have some knowledge guys..

My experience at this store has been phenomenal. Last month I purchased a Kenwood stereo receiver for very low price and it was practically brand new. Today I purchased a pair of expensive headphones but the price they charged was very low. Super happy with this store. If you need Electronics on the cheap this is the best place to go!

I like the concept and had good luck with a cell phone. However, I was upset after I called to confirm a baby monitor I saw in the store was there, drove there on their assurance that it still was, and then when I drove across town to buy it they said it was sold some time ago. Not good customer service!

While this is tucked back in the shopping plaza, they have a large range of electronics choices for you to choose from. Make sure you look at everything because they have "diamonds in the rough" there. Apple products, PS products, they have a little bit of everything

This store had a decent selection, but can be very competitive when good items come in. I have given up trying to get quality items here. If you want mediocre items at a decent price, this is your place. It does not seem to serve my needs.

This place tried 2 low ball me on a iphone 6s 64gb . They offered me 300.00 They did not even want 2 bargain. I laughed and walked out. Do not sell your apple products 2 this place. They have no idea of the value. Booooo!

GadgetEase purports to buy and sell used electronic items. The staff is rude and customers should not expect to get an offer within 2 or 3 hours for your cell phone etc...I would avoid shopping GadgetEase

Have bought and sold items here. Always get a fair deal. They have great stuff and the inventory turns over rather quickly, so you need to visit and browse regularly!
