I went to the Fossil store at Polaris mall in Columbus, Ohio and the store manager told me if I brought in my receipt she would help me with my watch band. The next weekend I came back in with my receipt and she denied telling me that and refused to help. She was not helpful and clearly didnt care about customer service. I bought the watch for my fiance last year for his birthday and this year I decided to get him a new band. When he took the original band off for the first time the pin came out and broke. I wouldnt have even bought the watch or the new band if I knew the lack of customer service I would receive. I bought Fossil because of the quality and warranty. I left the Polaris Fossil store upset and frustrated. The entire time I was very polite and nice to the store manager even though she lied to me. I will never recommend Fossil to anyone after this experience. I forgot to mention I drove 2 hours because this was the closest store.

I love Fossil and I love this store. Happened to visit tonight, had a Fossil watch that needed a new battery, young gentleman took care of it for me. He was pleasant, courteous, and efficient. Wonderful watch, wonderful store, wonderful experience.

Excellent, I have always loved my watches from them. Recently lost a pin and called to see if they could fix it, greeted warmly at the door and finished in like two minutes with no bill. I was taken care of and not sold into anything I didnt want.
