Im crossing this Neimans off my list of places to shop. Im not sure how this location stays in business, the place is like a ghost town whenever Im in here. I placed an order for same-day pickup well before the store opened. 9-10 hours later, and I still hadnt heard anything about picking up my order, so I talked with a representative via chat, and she informed me that my order would be able to pick up 5 days later. 5 days? Whats the point of same day pickup if you have to wait 5 days? I probably could have received it sooner if I had it shipped. I quickly cancelled my order and put in a same day order for the item from Nordstrom (where I usually shop) and low and behold it was available for pickup 45 minutes later. Their service on all levels far exceeds this NM. Will not shop here anymore. Customer service could use a facelift as well.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the baby department. The sales representative, Claudia Egan was unprofessional and obnoxious towards my husband and I. She looked at us up and down prejudging how we appeared and proceeded with the most obnoxious tone informing me of her presence. What happened to professionalism? I will not be coming back to this location and will proceed to send a complaint to the store manager. What a shame that such a great store like neiman marcus would have someone like this treating their customers.

The staff is attentive, some know the things I like and often call with specials. Customer Service has been very obliging and have had no problem calling the store unless they are swamped with a sale or holiday(to be expected). I do shop sales or specials. The feeling of the store reminds me of shopping at the old downtown Hudsons, but on a limited scale. I tend to purchase things that are the same price everywhere.

Horrible customer service. Will not shop there ever again. I took back foundation that I had for a week. They told me their new policy is to not accept returns, which was news to me. I had a manager approve my return and then when I received my statement, they only gave me a credit for half the amount of the return. Really? Will never shop there again. The sales associates are snobs and rude!!

Extremely poor customer service. I was really interested in a designer wallet, but the lady at the encounter was busy chatting with her friend. She only provided me what was obvious (the price of the wallet) and nothing else. The designer purse section had a poor presentation and appeared like a clearance section.

Poor customer service. Employees hardly speak to me in welcoming, sincere way. Customer service clerks has grumpy looks on their face, like they are not happy to service me. On several visits I was hardly acknowledged standing right at the counters for help. My attempts to call this store were even worse.

i cant believe their customer service the worst ever dont have them ship nothing unless make sure you tell them I D verification they let other eople sign and tell you that it was shipped and we have a signature and when you call them from the sales stuff to the uper management nothing

Frist of all .. My 1st. time shopping at Neiman Marcus! Im a very visual person. The store is very pleasing to the eye !!! LOTS TO LOOK AT . I made my purchase on the third floor at the Mackenzie Childs shop. Ms. Norma Adams was my sales associate! Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Would not take my debit card. They nicely told me that it was not their corporate policy to take them and I needed to buy a gift card in the middle of the mall then come back and pay for the purse. Went to the gucci store picked up the same purse and they gladly accepted my visa debit.

Me and my boyfriend had a great experience with one of the workers named Bruce. He was super effiecnet and very helpul. He also was very friendly and pleasant to chat with providing us with a great and quality experience on our shopping trip to somerset.

Great selection of brands and good quality. However, it has become known in my house as needless markup, because you can get some great "deals" during their sales. I would never buy anything there that wasnt on sale, knowing how much items are marked up.
