Really disappointed with this store at my last visit. I am a very frequent shopper and completed the "get caught in swarovski" challenge and earned a free bracelet that had to be ordered. I came to the store after receiving a phone call that the bracelet was in, and they wouldnt let me claim it because I didnt have my booklet (even though they had to use it to order it initially). When I came all the way back w the booklet a few weeks later, I was told by a VERY rude saleswoman that the bracelets were gone. No explanation - extremely rude about it. Even when I explained the last woman assured me my bracelet would be there, clearly it wasnt and the woman I dealt with did nothing to make things right. No apology, no coupon towards my next purchase, nothing. Told me she would have the manager reach out to me. Never got a call. I spent a lot of money warning that free bracelet and upset at the principal of the situation and very rude treatment. I will NOT be back.

I had a great shopping experience at this store recently!!! I was in town for the weekend for my mothers Birthday and it was our first time in Swarovski, we were impressed by the layout and beauty of the store and how helpful the service was. Fatina, the store manager was so nice she put a couple pieces around my moms neck and made her feel very pretty and comfortable, which in turn, put a big smile on my face! :) Considering how valuable my time with her is, I really appreciate those moments with her. We purchased a beautiful elegant piece and i wanted to take the time to note how happy I am with the service i received there and how beautiful everything in the store is. Definitely one of the best jewelry stores I have visited!

Terrible rip off! I purchased a watch and earrings and rings at the store and was told they would not go any lower. Here it is 2 days later and the watch is listed online at the store for $65 cheaper and the earrings are $40 cheaper! That is NOT even the Cyber Monday deal where EVERYTHING is 50% off..i blew hundreds more than i had to and they will not return any items or refund the difference!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!! Bad Company!!!
