The personnel at lord and taylor lakeside is absolutely fantastic Theyre all the best and I just love their kindness and help in attaining the beautiful things I purchased for me and my family i think the staff here really enjoys what they do for the customer Its well worth the hour trip They always take such good care of everything I need with in store shipments of correct sizes and returning things if it doesnt work out This is my favorite store because of the women here that make my day

This is always my first stop. Never had a bad experience. The womens plus size is amazing. Love the new designer modamix very outgoing, micheal kors gets us thick girls calvin klein yes 2 u . And even ralph lauren stepped out of their element. But most of all lord and taylor makes it all possible. Hugs and kisses to the staff

I thought I found a cologne I wanted. I tried a sample and then asked the sales associate if the box on the shelf was the same scent as the sample I had tried (placed next to it). She said yes. Only after getting home (I live in Canada) did I realize it was NOT the same cologne at all. Very disappointing.

This place it hit or miss. Some times you get great service and other you cant find anyone to save your life. The people in the shoe department dont know what customer service means. Once you chase of of them down to try a size they stand at the counter looking dumb and bring lazy not wanting to help.

The way the manager Fani spoke to my wife - worst experience I ever had in a store. I tried to talked to manager myself manager would keep stepping back and said to other employee to call security and theft prevention - for what?? Are you kidding me. Wow will never go back

Well managed and trendy, however, they cut a lot of cashiers at Service Station to save money. Hard to find one there.
