The ladies at the cashier are horrible! We had a coupon for 20% off from the mall booklet and they were very snotty and rude about us using it. We had a couple of the booklets and we were buying it for separate people and separate transaction and they were giving us a hard time, especially Margaret H. who was mumbling under her breath the whole time. She was very unprofessional and all of them are rude! They all need to stop giving customers a hard time and focus more on organizing and cleaning up the store. Overall, from this event, theyve lost me as a customer along with my family, friends, and acquaintances.

I went shopping for a formal with my husband and my ten month old daughter, who was getting cranky. I carried the baby, he carried the dresses following me into the dressing room. They asked my husband to leave, thereby either asking me to struggle with a baby and putting on a dress, or to have my baby scream her head off for being taken out of the fitting room. To add insult to injury, we were the only customers in the room. Not a mom and family friendly place in the least.

Super hard to beat many of the deals you get out of this store. Bought a blue-label, Polo, butter-soft leather blazer for $80!!! Brahmin small satchels $120!! Ron White & Stuart Weitzman shoes under $80... truly dont think you can beat it. Looking like a million dollars on the cheap! My kind of store. Also, the manager Chris, always looking out for his customers.

This is a great place to come if youre looking for something for work, or a dressy occasion. They have great labels at very low prices. Customer service tends to be hit or miss, but its worth the trouble if you get a good deal.
