Stupid games and attitude are all there is to be found at this store. I purchased mens clothing items a week ago. The guy ringing me up was going insane asking all the customers to "Ring The Bell" without explaining why to most of them. As it turns out, WE the customer are supposed to ring the bell if we got excellent service. When did JCP become Arbys? Today, I went to return the two items I purchased and the sales rep Andre couldnt have been less helpful and outgoing if he tried. It was obviously a busy Sunday and I was simply one more transaction he didnt really want to have to deal with. He stated that I HAD to have my JCP card to do the refund. When I explained that I left it at home and asked if he could pull it up with my Drivers license, he said Id have to use my SSN. No problem, I didnt want to be obstreperous. Im finding that actually going into your stores to be a pain and not an enjoyable shopping experience. Ordering online, getting what I need, usually finding a great sale, all without games or attitude. Do you really wonder why I buy anything I can online? I spend well over 10K a year with my Amazon Prime account, because I can get what I need, without the crap. I also purchase online from Walmart, JCP, Kohls, Belks, Lowes, Jet, and anywhere I can get SERVICE without attitude or games. There is no mystery as to why the brick and mortar stores are dying. What used to be a wonderful experience, shopping in the stores, is a pain in the ass now. Its not worth the effort.

Mom and I came here yesterday to get me some clothes (a t-shirt and a hooded sweatshirt). I specifically wanted both of them to be the DC brand (Not the comics, but if youve read my Journeys kids review and look at the pic of me wearing shoes, its the same brand). I was happy to pick out a blue DC t-shirt and BTW blue is my favorite color. However, I do have one minor complaint, the selection for sweatshirts was limited, but I did pick out a black striped sweatshirt. Also, I would have been wiser about going up a size on the sweatshirt. I wear size S/M (mens) shirts and both items were a size M so if I picked out the L for the sweatshirt, I would have been wearing it longer. Back to the review for Pennys; everything was on sale and when I went to pay, the cashier (Loretta, I believe) had actually "praised" me for paying my stuff, she actually said that Ive done very good about me. I specifically wanted DC clothes from the mens department just because Im a complete and utter tomboy. Overall: A-, I would recommend this store to anyone. Their selection of DC shirts was great, but you could also get a better variety of DC sweatshirts at other stores, such as Kohls or maybe Ross. I dont know about Ross, but you can check whichever store has DC merch. Other than that, I dont have any problems with this store.

The Mall of Georgia is the worst store around for Customer Service. I was there again today in the Mens Department and its always in disarray like a tornado hit. I couldnt find an Associate to help but wasted 45 minutes to find what I wanted. Went to the Department 30 ft away to check out who was just standing there drinking coffee with no Customers and she said she couldnt check me out that I had to go to the other side of the store to check out and shrugged. I layed the shirts down right there and left. This is how it is every time I go to this store. I then went to the JC Penney website to email a complaint and theres no link to send one. I called the 800 Customer Service number and she basically said she would send a complaint to HR for them to review the complaint. She couldnt take my name, number and email address so I would get feedback that they addressed the problem. Like I said, the Customer Service in the Mens Dept. is horrendous when I go once a month. Some days I have time to deal with their BS but after 45 mins today I couldnt. The store at Gwinnett Place Mall is right on par with the MOG and its been closed. Ill look at taking my business to a competitor and encourage everybody else to do the same through Social Media

Have you ever been at a store and opened a product box to look inside? I was at sephora and wanted to look at a bronzer, this particular bronzer was a 3 in 1 and it was puzzling to me, so I opened the box to inspect what it was about. I couldnt easily close the box fast enough when a employee of the store came to treat me like a toddler. "What are you doing with that"? "Are you going to buy that?" I said I wanted to look inside, and she says that they had to treat opened merchandise like a loss, that they couldnt sell it and took the item away. I was like ok... on that same rack there were at least 20 boxes that looked dated, used and obviously opened. I shouldnt have bought anything, that was probably racial profiling and a load of bs. Dont know why I even stopped there because I use Jane Irridale.
