I am horrified at the level of ignorance, zero people skills, lack of work ethic and the biggest failure of customer service ever. Simply mortified when I called and spoke to a manager by phone, that at first wouldnt give her name. So I introduced myself and let her know I was calling because my neice was in tears because she couldnt get a credit for an online purchase for merchandise that wasnt worn and tags attached. Im her foster parent, as she lost her parents tragically. After begging and pleading with the co - manager that finally gave her name, Andrea to please give her a reprieve for her mistake, mind you this is a teenager for just a credit. S store credit! Andrea agreed as long as my neice had her Id. My neice stood in line another 30 minutes and Andrea said no! Sorry, final sale. Ive been a retail district manager and now I own several restaurants. One thing I know, is that service is key, and thats the reason employees make a living, payroll taxes get paid, rent, etc. After all this, my neice was belittled and treated with much disrespect. Its not acceptable on any level. I plan to speak to the very top level of corporate, because this company shouldnt be in business whatsoever and could definitely use some seasoned professionals to troubleshoot their vast shortcomings. The merchandise is so cheaply made, but the service is bar none, hands down nasty and vile. Shame, shame shame on Forever 21! If you simply would have issued a credit, you would make it back a hundred times over! And thats just business 101! Ill tell everyone! Chamber of Commerce, other business owners, all my customers that frequent my successful businesses, and down the line! There is always an exception to the rule when your in the service industry! Disgusted beyond belief. Your manager has the brain mentality of an amoeba! How about the rest of your upper management! Thank you for absolutely the most eye opening experience of service gone bad! It makes me feel great about what I achieve in the hospitality industry!!!

I hate this forever 21 location. Every time I come inside the store these employees are very very rude. No one wants to assist me and when they do they have bad attitudes! The plus size section is horrible! All of the items are scattered all around, clothing barely hanging on the hangers and they are always out of everything. They "claim" theres no sizes in the back but they are just too lazy to look. They should be shut down until they clean up shop! I wish I could give this hell hole 0 stars! The best experience Ive ever had shopping at forever 21 was in Jacksonville, FL inside of Avenues Mall! Hands down the best F21. I just order online and dont waste my time with this store

I was disappointed in this store. Im so glad they offered plus sizes but the quantity was very limited and not at all as stylish as the straight sizes they carried a plethora of. This isnt necessarily the stores fault but they didnt carry even a quarter of what was purchasable online for Forever 21+ when its very possible to since this is a massive store. The worst part is the clothes were strewn everywhere, off hangers, on the floor, and completely out of order. The fitting rooms also looked like they hadnt been swept in weeks; dust, hair, and trash were caked up in the corners. Sad day, I was looking forward to visiting this store.

Terrible employees. Not friendly. And the line is always long. They have about two people ringing people up. Additionally, the cashier did not take any of the security sensors of my clothes. I had to return to get them removed after the alarm sounded trying to exit the store. I left. Im exiting out through Burlington and the alarm goes off. I check again and she forgot another sensor. How difficult is it to do your job? What a waste of time thanks to them.

Ive always been a fan of Forever 21! I not only used to work at one in Indiana years ago but I still do a lot of shopping here. It is affordable and very on trend. The only thing I do not like about this store is the organization because of soooo much product and traffic but thats not much to complain about. The materials arent always everlasting but for the price you pay the quality is fair.

Ive heard stories about how hard it is to work at F21 because of all that goes on. Despite it being hectic when I went, all of the employees were very nice about answering my questions. It was my first time there so I kept getting lost (the store is MASSIVE; its much like the one @ Lenox Square) looking for different sizes of the same shirt. Sweet staff, wonderful selection!

It was very easy to find the things I wanted. The online catalog somewhat reflects the in-store options, though there were less options for bottoms (They didnt have a wide variety of shorts and skirts.) I was still satisfied with the experience and found many new additions to my wardrobe!

Horrible customer service. The employees were rude, store is dirty. Tried buying a shirt and checkout told me I wasnt allowed to buy shirt due to factory policy. Ive never heard of such a thing. If its on the floor, you should be able to purchase. Makes the whole company look bad.

The store was a mess. Employees were more interested in talking with each other and playing around. The cashier was helpful, but by the time I got there I was already not impressed. The clothes are cheap, therefore the experience was the same.

This store is Ratchet!!! clothes all on the floor, jewelry sections is tangled, broken and missed place, night shift manager is nasty with employees and customers!!! theres no order. I am going to stay at the Mall Of Georgia. Thank you!

This location is better than the one in Gwinnett Mall. Its HUGE although you cant really find anything unless you get one of the workers to help you. But that could be a pro and a con. They stock Love 21, womens shoes and lingerie.
