If it were me and I pd. $$$ like that...I wouldnt stop with the stores decision. I would personally go over their head and take to the district mgr. and work my way up to the president of the company, if need be! Id refuse to stop there with an answer like that--with what one pays at that storw--especially if "we" as the customers are the ones that keep them in business and pay their paychecks. These big companies & their employees like that KILL me and the bad thing about it is....... Michael Kors a great but EXPENSIVE product and Its not usually the company itself thats being that way--its the employees--with their holier than though attitudes and high & mighty acts bc they have a little authority "at a store"--a store that we DONT HAVE TO SHOP AT--I MIGHT ADD!!! Thats why I personally, would take it to corporate--Good Luck To You!!!

They dont warranty "scratches" and "scuffs". When you bought the bag it was in perfect shape and it was something you did that caused that "scuff". The warranty covers defects in stiching, hardware etc... The warranty doesnt cover normal wear and tear. If I buy a Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Gucci, anything and I scratch the car or item is it their fault? Hell no....its my fault. Be responsible for your own actions. God bless!

Love my backpack from the store. Grey with sliver studs. Was told whole bag was under warranty for a yr. Had a scuff in the leather 2 months later and now, the warranty doesnt apply?!?!? Would not recommend buying anything from here. They dont stand by their store policy. Macys had same bag, and can return if need, no questions asked.

Customer service is gone. I wanted to return a wristlet but bc i didnt have the price card. She said no. Tried to included another customer in our conversation. She talked to me like I was stupid and incompetent. Michelle is rude! I was a big michael kors buyer I wont be back after this experience.
