I would give this store a negative star if it was an option. I tried ordering a pair of sunglasses over the phone (they are not available online and I live in a different state) and not only is the hold process a nightmare, but after 30 minutes of being on hold when I finally got a sales representative they were too incompetent to place an order over the phone. I was told by the manager I had to physically go in the Saks store near me to order them because I wasnt already in their "system." Well I wasnt in the system because I do all my shopping at Nordstrom and unfortunately they didnt carry the brand I was looking for. I will NEVER be giving my business to Saks again. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and the sales associates only care about getting their commission.

"Buyer Beware" I was always a fan of saks fifth. Bought all my designer brand shoes, belts, and watches from here. I had the worst experience with Niki B. She wouldnt exchange a defective belt that I had just purchased. I spent good money on the belt and then when I looked at it the belt had imperfections on it. I felt like my money was poorly spent at saks fifth this time. Niki B the manager threatened to call security on me if I would not leave just because I was demanding for some help on this item. I usually do not leave reviews but this times I had to. I will now be shopping at Neman marcus. Thanks a lot Niki B.

I have been shopping here for about a year now and I must say I disagree with a lot of the negative comments. I work with someone named Linda based out of jewelry but she’s helped me with my Cartier purchases, Chanel, Moncler, whatever you can think of she shops around the store with me. She is knowledge about products and has given me great and honest opinions about what ever I have showed her. Thank you for all of the great service Linda!!

Worse Saks ever! I never write reviews but I just cant believe how bad this store is, I love Saks and been to Saks in ny boston la Chicago and this is so far from the standards. Plus I bought a jeans and they didnt take off the security tag so when I got home, I cant even wear it! Omg I have to drive all the way back to get it removed?!?!! Unbelievable

Guaranteed to be ignored by all staff, including all the management after you reach out to them to voice your concern. I went in there to make a purchase, spent about an hour waiting for someone to help me and just ignored by everyone. I WAS READY TO SPEND MONEY AND MAKE PURCHASES only get ignored.

Not a good selection of stuff here, tried to get a pair of shoes and some white dress shirts and despite the size of this place there wasnt anything for me to buy. They only stock shirts that large enough to sleep in, seriously try stocking a slim fit, you know that size the 75% of people wear.

They went out of there way to help me in the jewelry department...Two woman where wrapping while one was ringing me up !! Store manager even helped out because I was in a hurry to get it wrapped and purchased before my girlfriend knew I was buying it !! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I am 20 and I look like I am 16, so they never treat or greet me with any respect and I have been shopping there for years. It takes someone at least 16 min to acknowledge my presence. Now I just shop at neimans.

Went here to make return from an online purchase, rude staff. Went back another time and the staff wont say hello, or even make eye contact. They have zero interest in making a sale, go to Nordstrom or Neimans.
