One of the Best store layouts to any Giant Eagle we been to. The only problem was Not once we saw one employee smile from the entrance to the check out area even are cashier was rude and never did smile. This is not the location to visit and not worth it. If you want friendly helpful service Go the Medina Giant Eagle they are friendlier, helpful if something your looking for no problem they will help you. Need help or an escort to your car No problem, the Medina Giant Eagle will clean everything like its are own home and treat customers as are guest.

Yep came in because they have a sale on Gatorade and my coffee creamer and STILL horrible experience! Asked an employee if they can check the back for more creamer such attitude because I asked them for help and then the cashier rolled her eyes at me when I wanted to use the cart I entered her isle with!!! #1 I disinfected the cart and #2 I was not going move all the diet pepsi I had on the bottom! I will drive the extra distance to buehlers in medina and pay a few cents more!

Everything is overpriced compared to Buehlers, Aldis and Save a Lot. Their produce is so expensive I cant believe people would pay 50% more on every vegetable and fruit item. Their bread is overpriced and very dry tasting. Their cakes, pies, and bakery items are not as good as Buehlers and overpriced. They never reduce any items as they do every day at Buehlers and Save A Lot. Aldis doesnt reduce anything but their prices are very reasonable and very high quality.

I was in a tough spot today and stopped at giant eagle to buy some noodles and run home and try to cook them quickly for a shower. ... decided to ask the kitchen if they had any prepared noodles they said no but quickly helped me with a solution and prepared some for me they were moving quickly for me and I greatly appreciate the swift polite service. I am losing interest in Giant Eagle. They are selling more and more giant eagle brands. Less and less name brands. Few open registers. Slow checkouts. Hmmmm..... So pay more in the eagle for "store brand" products then competitors sell name brand products. But give away free gas to make you think you are getting a deal.

Store is great, salad bar has many options. Hot foods arent that good but looks orderly. Go to this store every week for fuel pts. Pharmacy staff is unhelpful and offensive. The rest of the store staff is nice and helpful. Have great deals on floral arrangements. Some pet items like litter and toys are overpriced

The cashier at liquor store never said one word to me. He never looked up from the counter. He seemed bothered that he had to cash me out. The young people stocking shelves were wonderful, engaging and friendly. I will stick with Marketplace in Strongsville because of that man.
