My daughter and I ordered vegan wraps, the young lady had gloves on, she touched everything with the gloves on including the handle on the large refrigerator, the one where everyone gets cold items from, she got the wrap package from the refrigerator (the public) uses than she proceeded to make out wraps on top of the package, she never changed the gloves. When she finished making the wraps my daughter kindly asked her why did she make the sandwich on top of the package she LIED and said she put paper there, we told her we were looking right at her. She had a bad attitude because she didnt want to make the sandwich over. This is not the first time. They need to change the gloves after handling stuff. Whats the point in wearing gloves if you touching everything

For the most part, I have liked the food. There are also some excellent deals to be had. However, the customer service department (to your left as you enter the store) is not good. Almost everything is a fight. They make you feel like you are bothering them with your inquiry. They act as if you are the enemy, or someone that cannot be trusted. In addition, they do the bare minimum to get you the heck away from them as soon as possible. It feels like they are opposing counsel in a hotly contested, high stakes, piece of bitter litigation. It is quite a contrast from the fuzzy feel good tour I went on before the store opened. Publix, you can breathe a sigh of relief.

Lack of friendliness, I visited this store for the first time, I passed like 6 employees and same behavior not eye contact, no greeting, If they dont like customers they need to go to clean bathrooms or other duties back of the house. A brand new Marketplace and thats the presentation? No thanks, They need a customers service training asap or get new staff. Price are ok but brands where you can find it at other location over priced ??? Im going to spend my money at other locations Thank you. Worse Market place I ever visit (Customer service Meaning) look nice and clean but the staff please thats a joke.

food and employees are great, however pricing is another story.Even tho they are on the expensive side I can live with that because the food is great, what I cant live with is a lot of things arent priced and when they have a special the checkout doesnt give it to you.I have been to this store 4 times now and each time I have been overcharged anywhere from 1.88 to as much as 6.71 cents, even tho the sevice desk refunds my money i have a problem with their integrity as far as pricing.They should adopt Publivs policy-if it scans wrong you get the product free,I bet they would fix this problem fast.RR

Best most healthiest food ever on Earth... Gluten free go to Earth Fare... Diabetic like me perfect place to go Earth Fare! Love to have fruits juiced, need some tea for stress relief, want a smoothie, your place is Earth Fare. Want a free juice after 10 buys go to Earth Fare. Sandwiches, Warps, big slices of pizza. Gluten free? YES! SUGAR free? YES! Go to Earth Fare get the best food for a true dinner, lunch, breakfast, desert, and even yes snacks! Absolutely love Earth Fare.

I Love the selection and dont mind paying for the quality but the staff needs Customer Service training (Not all, But MOST). I had the same cashier twice in a row that had a NASTY attitude. I stood at the bakery counter while 3 employees had a long conversation and when I asked what I wanted and I responded they continued with their conversation as if I said nothing and when THEY were done I was again addressed. Publix Im Coming Back..

Went in this morning - pandemonium with the grand opening. Blaring "Electric Avenue" well into the parking lot at 7:30 in the morning was a little obnoxious. Aside from that though... nice store - good selection and presentation. The bakery looked particularly inviting. So glad they are here - a store like this is much needed in this community and long overdue. Im so excited!

Pasta meal for a family of four Had the one with chicken, grilled veggies, and penne pasta. The pasta could feed a family of four but the chicken could barely feed two people. Cannot comment on the grilled vegetables because there were so few. Disappointment. Sorry to have a negative review because the store, otherwise, is a welcome addition to our choices here in Ocala.

Best health food market around! So many great organic options, theyre sushi runs similar pricing to publix but is much better quality. Staff goes above and beyond with any questions or help. On top of that great household and bathroom needs that are organic. I actually look forward to doing my grocery shopping now!

Poor customer service. Tried to get assistance from a man I believed to be the manager ( Middle aged, Heavyset , with glassed) and he acted like I was bothering him. Felt like I was buying organic produce in Walmart. Really wanted to like this place...

Shopped here at least once a week since they opened. I look forward to their sales each week. The produce is fresh and delicious. I also buy fish here every week and enjoy it. If you follow the sales you will save money and get top quality.

Looks like a great place to do more shopping. Prices that I looked at, looked good. They have a cereal I used to buy and loved but hadnt been able to find it for quite awhile. Large, clean, and great employees that I encountered.

Great place. Im in here 4 days a week. It was crazy in the beginning but everything is cool now. Can you make sure the dressings though are refilled at the salad bar daily? Balsamic dressing has been empty twice in the last week.

Better than Whole Foods and Fresh Market and Trader Joes! So many organic and vegan choices in produce and deli and bakery and frozen foods and non dairy ice cream. All yummy choices. So delicious. GO AND ENJOY.

Absolutely love this store. Totally worth the drive from Inverness. Excellent friendly service, great selection and fair pricing! Just bought 6lb fresh ground grass fed sirloin at $3.99/lb. Cant beat that
