I went to this Supermarket on Saturday July 22 and went to the last register right by the restaurant. The cashiers light was on, so what happens: The young cashier was to busy Flaunting with the man she had on her line! Once, she finished she turned off her light with out telling any one. My husband and I were taking out $24.00 worth of stuff and I noticed the light was off, I said to the customer behind me did she leave. She said I dont know, but she saw you putting your stuff on the belt. What type of customer service is that?! No warning ⚠️. I give Carmen the cashier who was coming out to the front from the rest room 5 stars ✨. She asked what happened and I explained to her and she called the manager who was also engaging himself in a conversation with some woman. This store is horrible on customer service. I told Carmen Im sorry she had to pick up someone elses slack, but if the cashier didnt speak English, I speak fluently Spanish.

Bought some pickled / salt mackerel for dinner, came home and was preparing for dinner. I found out that the fish was rotten, I took back to store. Was told that they would not replace as I didnt have the original package it came in or the receipt. The receipt I told them I could find but I would not search the trash can for the original packaging. This is a store that I visit at least three times weekly, one of the owners even told me that he would match the competitor prices for me not to shop at his competitor anymore. What so bad is that they lost my business and that of my family because of $5.99. I went to the competitor and got fresh mackerel, I was also informed by others that they have a history of selling rotted meat.

Es una opción para conseguir productos latinos, pero los precios son altos, la calidad de las carnes en mala ya que muchas veces salen dañada o abombada. El área de cafetería te venden sólo lo que ellos quieren. Lo único mejor que tiene es una sra que es cajera que es una excelente en servicio al cliente.

Buen sitio para comprar productos latinos . Solo le hace falta arreglar un poco el area de vegetales y verduras porque hay productos pasados de fecha . En lo demás tiene buenos precios y el servicio al cliente es muy bueno .

La comida del restaurante de bravo es riquisima y a buen precio...y en bravo consigues de todo tipo de comidas que a los latinos nos gustan pero considero que es un poco caro para hacer compra

4ta ocasión que compramos algo en este supermecado y sale dañado.(3 veces con carnes). Ya nos cansamos y no vamos mas. El area de carniceria ultimamente huele mal.

Bought 2 pack of chicken and both smell really bad,call the store and they say i can come by and try to reture it i told them i cant today buy i can come in a few day since i live far from the store, she told then i can not return it because it would be more than 24hrs. Be care full because the do not return anything the full of bull sh***t . Also so rude.

Terrible latín supermarket. Lots of expired foods in the shelves, unhelpful associates, produce is old, meats looks devious. I go to the Mexican supermarket on memorial or to la Teresita in Tampa. I totally avoid this place like the plague. Last week, they tried to sell me cassava bread that expired 6 months ago.

Took my daughter to the restroom so we wouldnt have an accident. It was occupied so we waited our turn. I heard the toilet flush. But no other water run. The meat guy came out with his apron on.. I was a meat cutter. Im pretty sure he wasnt following sanitary procedure

Good selection of Spanish food /Carib items.Produce cheaper than what we pay in most. Great daily take-out Hispanic food,generous amount. Yummiest! Cuban style bread bakery daily. Butchers on hand to prepare for your business. Easy acess,parking,staff.Good.
