Update: The gentleman did redeem himself by doing what Maria said she was going to do two weeks ago. However, in the midst of the gentleman fixing the problem, Miss Maria decided to interject and tell me that I was wrong and began calling my mother (I am her twin with the exception of hair and eye color) my mother in law and acted like we were wrong when we corrected her. She has zero customer service skills and should not be working with the public. Luckily her boss was able to have her stop talking. If I could give zero stars I gladly would! I had an appointment set up with Maria to see a Tanzanite wedding band and was told that at the appointment she would have the ring for me to try on. They were also having a huge sale that day so it would be best for me to wait until the 17 to purchase it. So my appointment was mad for that day. I go the the store on my lunch break to be told they dont have the ring and they dont keep it in stock. A man tried to intervene, but he completely made matters worse by talking to me like I knew nothing about science and what a straight line looks like. As I told him I understand science he rolled his eyes and another woman laughed and said "no you dont". He then proceeded to say he could make a special ring and I simply asked "so is that going to be thousands of dollars?" He just threw up his hands in the air. The three employees involved in my visit were incredibly rude and now I am a week away from my wedding with no wedding band because I was depending on this store to be truthful.

While they did get the ring sized, it was actually more expensive then the fancier stores, and because of wrong information on the website involving store hours, my fiancée had to go even longer without her ring...
