I needed to bring my Wifes engagement and wedding rings to a reputable jeweler to have them appraised for our insurance to cover them. I had known about ADD in my local shopping center but had never been in to the store. I reviewed their website, Yelp and other online reviews and felt confident they were the right group to appraise the rings. We went into the store and met Izzy, the owner, and he took the time to explain to my Wife and I the process of the appraisal. He even gave us a tour of the entire shop to explain how they make custom jewelry on all the various pieces of equipment. We met his Wife and the staff that create the pieces. My Wife had asked if he might be able to resize the rings as they were loose. Izzy measured her finger and saw that it needed to be sized down to fit better. We asked if they could do the appraisal and the resizing together, Izzy assured it was not a problem at all. He told us it might be up to two weeks for the resizing but they usually get it competed much faster. We had no issues with the two weeks as long as they fit and look great. We had left the store an reviewed the receipts and had a question. We decided to go back to the store the next day to see if they could answer our question. We went into the shop and met Izzys Wife. She explained that her son would be in the shop at 3PM and could help us with our question. We went back at 4:30 and met Izzys Son. He answered our question and surprised us with the rings all work completed!!! They had resized both rings, completed the appraisals and mailed them to us in ONE DAY!! We were totally shocked that they were able to get all of the work done so quickly and they looked perfect! Based on the quality of the work done on the rings resizing and the speed that it was completed, we will make this our Family Jeweler from now on! Izzy told us he cant do everything, but what he does do, he does very well....we both agree!

Wow. What an incredible jeweler!!! I went to Atlanta Diamond Designs hoping to have them fix a botched John Hardy ring. I originally took the ring to a jeweler in Athens (where I lived at the time) to have them resize it. When I received my ring back, they were so proud to tell me, "We cleaned your ring because it was really dirty, but now its shiny and like new!" Except that the "dirt" they removed was the signature black oxidation that gave the ring its luxe character. This horrible jeweler then told me they couldnt do anything to help me restore the ring back to its original condition and told me to have a nice day. Fast forward to Atlanta Diamond Designs. After explaining the situation to Dan Linihan, Manager and Design Consultant, he kindly asked me to wait a moment while he brought my ring to the back to discuss with his team. Within ten minutes Dan came back, presented my ring, and to my happy surprise, they restored it to its original finish. What an incredible experience, great service, and friendly staff! I highly recommend Atlanta Diamond Designs for repairs and any other jewelry needs. Theyre simply the best!!

My husband and I purchased a pair of diamond earrings for our daughter, as a graduation gift, when she completed college. When we noticed one of the stones had a crack, we took the earrings back into the shop; Izzy told us when it broke, he would replace the diamond. A few years later, I took the earrings in to have the diamond replaced. I worried whether or not Izzy would remember or if he had retired and his family wouldnt know about our agreement, so I wanted it corrected before it was too late. Izzy replaced the broken diamond with a lesser quality/size diamond. Even worse, they appear to be shaped differently than the originals; the unique shape is why we chose them in the first place. My husband has now passed away so the sentimentality of this gift can not be replaced. I will never shop there again. Honesty with your expensive, family heirlooms is far too important. I learned the lesson the hard way.

My husband, Quentin, and I just celebrated our 40th anniversary. We had a full Vow Renewal ceremony. My husband decided he wanted to enhance my ring with diamonds from one of his mothers rings. We went to Atlanta Diamond Design at the Johns Creek location. There we met with Dan who attentively listened to our design ideas and he helped us to come up up with a design we were pleased with. Mind you, this is within three weeks of our ceremony. Dan promised to have the ring ready. I did not see the ring until my husband placed it on my finger at the chapel. After many years, my husband and I had decided to have a new wedding ring made. Since were not frequent jewelry shoppers, we did a bit of research and I stopped by to meet with Izzy and the girls at ADD. What an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and down to earth! They were patient with me and made me feel at ease the entire time. Izzy even let my little boy help clean the glass (hes autistic so this made his day!). I never felt pressured or stressed when I had to bring my kids with me. They do a ton with the community. From volunteer work, fundraisers and advocacy. This really tells you what kind of company this is! 100% thrilled with the experience and my new custom ring. Fabulous quality and top notch service.

This will definitely not be my last time going to Atlanta diamond design. Me and my father wanted to get a new custom ring for my mom for Christmas. She had no idea about the ring and they made sure it stayed that way. They worked with us to make sure that the ring was perfect in every way, including the price. It was so reasonable considering the price that we thought we were going to have to pay to get a custom ring. And after my mom tried on her ring and we found out that it didnt fit, they took it and re-sized it for her for no extra cost. By far the best jewelry store I have ever been to. And I went to Shane Co and other major jewelry stores before going here. Everyone definitely must go!!

Izzy and his family at Atlanta Diamond Design are a super team to work with. From their custom design and in house production to customer service focused on ensuring my wife loved what I picked out for her they are the best. I had a custom set of ear rings made. My wife loved them but really had a slightly different design in mind. Although Izzy had made them just the way I asked, he insisted I bring them back and let him make a new pair so my wife would have exactly what she wanted. I did, he did and now she does! I decided to surprise my wife with a new wedding band this year. I decided on Atlanta Diamond Design because I wanted a custom designed piece and I heard they did all the work in house which I liked. Izzy and his team could not have been more helpful and professional throughout the entire process. My wife enjoyed being updated and approving the work along the way.
