Worst experience.....ordered a ring told me it would be in, in 2 weeks(and I quote "its usually doesnt take the whole 2 weeks)....no one called in two weeks....when i called they said there was an issue that when the order came in it wasnt what we originally ordered. No one called to tell me that either......then they said oh well it will be in and ready on Thursday (today) I called twice....because of course no one called me...and of course "it will be ready tomorrow"....We will see...im sure ill have to call and ask about my order....I had just gotten married on the same day I ordered the ring so I was so excited....a new bride waits her whole life to wear her wedding ring.....I"m pissed......terrible communication!

Went to get a ring resized on the 4th. Was told 3 times that it would be back in 10 days. Went to check my receipt that following Tuesday and realized that put the wrong name. I went back to the store,they corrected it and then said my ring will be back on the 20th. I said that is not 10 days, they said they know but thats what they wrote on my receipt.. I never wish to come back to this one.

Good customer service and very helpful when it came to helping me out with my ring choice. But I will agree with the other reviews. I was promised the same time frame for my rings to ready. Its been almost a month and still havent received them yet.
