I couldnt believe what I was reading when I came here to write a review about my experience at H&A and saw what some of these people wrote. I have a feeling that these people writing reviews are just miserable people and probably complain about anything to try and get something free. Then when they dont get it they do things like write bad reviews. At the suggestions by many, many friends who had shopped there before I decided to go to H&A to shop for my engagement ring. I had been online to do some research and to see what the prices were for what I was looking for (a 2ct Round Ideal Cut) and prices were all over. Then I started shopping around town at the other so called wholesalers. Their prices were not that great. Then I got referred to H&A and I am so glad I did. I found exactly what I wanted at the very best price I had found. The salesperson was nice and listened and took the time to explain to me different options instead of just trying to sell me something. I even got a chance to meet the owner Haim Haviv while I was there. I had heard him on the radio before and it was neat to meet him. How many places can you go these days and actually talk to the owner? After I picked it out I had explained that I was hoping to give my fiance the ring that night but I understood if I couldnt because the diamond had to be put in the ring and the ring had to be sized. The salesperson told me it was not a problem and after I signed the paperwork I left to get lunch and got a call about an hour later saying that it was ready. It was perfect and when I gave it to my fiance that night she just cried and told me how incredible the ring was. She gets compliments on it all the time and they always ask where we got it and I tell them "H&A" Dont think twice about choosing H&A as your jeweler!!

Im a perfectionist, so when I started my diamond shopping experience, I wanted to learn as much about diamonds as possible. After doing research, visiting many jewelry stores, and buying my own loop, I have become pretty informed about diamonds. I looked at a lot of diamonds under the loop in search of the best stone that I could find in my price range. In my experience, H & A Jewelry had the prettiest, GIA Certified diamond so I purchased from them. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and flexible so it was a great experience overall. I had a phenomenal experience working with Ira Wajsman at H & A to get the perfect engagement ring for my (now) fiance. Being in a different state, it was definitely a challenge to try and get the right ring in a timely manner, but because of Ira it was able to happen! He provided a number of options for stones, was extremely receptive to my very specific design ideas for the band, was able to keep within my budget, and even worked under a time crunch to get it to me before the proposal. The staff is super nice and is quick to follow up. The store itself is clean, Buying an engagement ring or wedding ring can be incredibly nerve-wracking, but the ladies are so patient, friendly and helpful, they really want to help you find a piece that youll love forever. I got my beautiful wedding set there, and get compliments ALL the time on how brilliant the center stone is and how delicate and timeless the pieces are.
