I dont even know where to begin about this team! They are friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, fun, helpful, prompt.....simply all around amazing! My husband and I have been shopping at Worthmore for years now, it all started with the hunt for my engagement ring. Im a hard one to shop for, dont much care for the typical things. Well, if youre looking for something unique this is the place to go! He found a beautiful, one of a kind, antique piece from the 1920s and to say I was jaw-dropped about it when he proposed would be an understatement. ;) Worthmore actually has someone who travels the country looking for antique pieces like these at estate sales and what not. Awesome?? It sure is!! Ive had it on my hand for over 3 years now and it never stops bringing a smile to my face. Our most recent venture here was for a custom designed wedding band. They literally took a cast of my engagement ring and sat me down to help me with ideas, from milgrain work to diamond placement. It turned out beautifully. I just cant say enough about everyone who works here. A super special thanks to my gals Laura and Rachel....always being so awesome and helpful every time we come in! And on the rare occasion that there is an issue with a piece, they would get it taken care of...right away. You ladies absolutely rock! Until next time Worthmore......keep it real!

When I had my daughter, I knew I wanted a special piece of opal jewelry since thats her birthstone. I found a beautiful pendant online that was ridiculously expensive with a ton of diamonds. I knew I could take the photo to Worthmore Decatur and theyd help me either find something similar in my price range or could make a custom piece. I worked with Jonathan who found several similar pieces and loose stones from their network of designers. One stood out and he was able to get it in the store for me to see. I fell in love the minute I saw it. Im not much of a jewelry person but I had to have this pendant. It was spectacular- but also out of our budget (which I knew before it shipped). I loved it but had to leave it behind with the thought maybe they could make something similar but smaller. Jonathan saw how much I loved it and worked with the designer to try to find a way to bring the price down. He was able to work out a deal and Im wearing the necklace right now - I dont want to take it off!!! Thats the part that makes them the best - working with all parties involved to make everyone happy - not just maximize their profits. Combine that with AMAZING customer service, unique styles and a network of talented designers and youve got the only place Ill ever go for jewelry.

Over Christmas, my sisters and I had divided several family pieces and I was wanting to re-set the stones. Laura was wonderful to work with and over about a month (yes there were several stones use and pieces to design!!), she helped me design several pieces of jewelry that I will wear and cherish, as a piece of my family is within each one. In addition, we were able to use my grandmothers pearls and I made necklaces for all 3 of the sisters to wear and remember her and my mother. Laura was so easy to work with and helped me make decisions that were both cost effective as well as designs that were functional for my busy and more casual lifestyle. She maintained communication throughout the process, updating me on unexpected costs, timelines, changes needed in design, etc. I highly recommend using Worthmore (and Laura) for irreplaceable pieces, as well as for those special purchases. My husband benefitted from a Valentines purchase that caught my eye as I was in and out of the store several times :)

I will never use this jeweler again and I urge anyone else who needs a "real" jeweler to think twice before you consider developing a relationship with this place. After spending a significant amount of money on a ring, they refused to size it without charging us quite a bit extra. Even jewelry stores in the mall size rings for free!! To make matters worse, they told me when I purchased the ring that if it didnt fit I could either bring it in to be sized or exchange it for a smaller one, and then when I went to do that they denied ever saying that to me. I wanted so badly to patronize this local jeweller, but when their customer service is worse than a big chain store in the mall, thats a serious problem. Im going to take my ring elsewhere to have it sized and for all my future business. Its not about the money, its the principle. If you do decide to do business with this place, please be very cautious about what they say they can do for you.

I came in to Worthmore hoping maybe I could have some of my jewelry repaired. It wasnt very expensive stuff but it was sentimental and my friend recommended this place to go and have it repaired. She had her ring sized here and it took about a week. I was worried about leaving my pieces there but when I came by to drop them off they were able to fix it all on the spot. A couple pieces were not able to be repaired but they were so nice and took the time to explain why. There were other customers in the store and it was quite busy but Jonathon never made me feel rushed or like I wasnt a priority. He was quite helpful and reattached my necklaces and charms and made recommendations on how to keep them from breaking again. And in the end it was all for free. They didnt charge me to reattach pieces or untangle my necklaces which Im sure I would have been at any other place. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs repairs done.

Worthmore Jewelers is a wonderful shop conveniently located in downtown Decatur. I recently brought in a cherished heirloom bracelet, the clasp of which was in need of repair. I was determined to retain the original clasp and Jonathan and Laura kindly and expertly located the obscure replacement rivet and an artisan with the skill to replace it. Laura even offered to do the repair if the other jeweler was unable to accomplish it. In the end, the bracelet is fixed and immaculately cleaned in a week less than was estimated. In short, I am delighted with the caliber of craftsmanship and the grace with which Laura and Jonathan assisted me. The kindness and capability of these two is a gem unto itself. Their attentive service is a perfect compliment to the lovely items on offer at Worthmore Jewelers. I urge anyone seeking jewelry or jewelry repair in Atlanta and Decatur to come to Worthmore.

My experience with Worthmore in Decatur has been incredible! I cant stop smiling when I look at my ring. I recently had a custom setting made for my engagement ring to match my wedding band and include my husband’s grandmother’s stone. It turned out beautifully. I was greeted by warm, friendly faces every time I visited to talk about the work being done on my ring. Jonathan was great to work with and always open, warm, and informative when it came to communication. He helped me stay in my budget but at the same time get a gorgeous ring that I am so happy to have on my hand.
