TL;DR--I was in the market for an engagement ring and Worthmore had the best customer service and atmosphere. Juliana, or Boo, was great to work with and was accommodating to all of my needs. More detail, I went into Worthmore and a few other jewelers back in December with the plan that I was going to get a ring by March. Worthmore had a better feel than any of the other stores I went to--it was a down-to-earth store that wasnt pretentious like other stores I went to. I met Juliana who took the time to understand what I was looking for and my time horizon. Unlike other stores, I didnt feel pressured to make a purchase that day or hear back a week later to check in. Juliana respected my time horizon and didnt pressure me at all. Being new to the market, I did a bit of research in advance but Juliana took the time to walk me through all of the key information when purchasing a diamond. Everything she said matched what I had read and really established a trust that I appreciated. I considered online retailers, but after feeling the high level of customer service, I knew I was at the right place Once I knew what I was looking for, Juliana corresponded with me whenever there was something new and exciting to look at. I appreciated that she was always looking for what came out on the market to find the perfect diamond for us. After making the purchase, Juliana reached out to ask me how the proposal went and to offer showing my fiance how best to care for the diamond. We went in this past weekend where both the owner of the store and Juliana walked my fiance on how to best care and maintain the ring. The owner emphasized to come in anytime to get the ring cleaned. It was great to work with a store that stands behind their work and is happy to see you even after you complete the purchase. Although Im not planning on buying another engagement ring, they definitely have a loyal customer in us for all of our jewelry needs.

Worthmore was the best experience when it came time to get my fiances engagement ring. I needed a low pressure environment and this is it. They actually respect you saying, "I am just looking" and are happy but not over eager to answer any questions you might have! I had grown weary due to my experiences with the other guys outside of the perimeter and found their low pressure approach refreshing. They let us pick out a ring we liked at a price point we liked. It more like an advice session rather than a sales pitch. Already been back to get our wedding bands. This will be one of the few places I trust for buying jewelry going forward.

Having been to jewelers in NYC, NJ and Atlanta, we really appreciated the relaxed and normal atmosphere in Worthmore. We felt welcome (which was rare in the jewelry stores we went to) and we were allowed to ask questions, try on rings, get creative and decided to do a custom ceylon sapphire/black rhodium-white gold wedding band for my now husband. We live outside outside GA, so we emailed with Laura, changed specs and saw photos as soon as she got the ring! All in all, wed go back to Worthmore for any other jewelry needs we have. Thanks!

This location provided my fiancé and I with the utmost care. We ordered engagement rings that had to be resized several times and we ordered two custom made rings by the artist George Sawyer. Laura was our consultant and she helped us feel comfortable with our selection, sizing, ordering, and payment. Laura is an exceptional consultant who greatly relieved our stress of the ring-purchasing process; Worthmore was a wonderful, local shop with superior quality products and customer service. My wife had put some items on her wishlist at Worthmore which made my life VERY easy! I went in told them her name and they showed me what she liked. I picked a necklace on her list, and told the person helping me I wanted to do a bit more. She helped me pick out a great pair of earrings that my wife loved. She gift wrapped everything for me at no charge. The whole visit took 15 min. max! I will be going back for our anniversary in September.

Julio has made us beautiful jewelry. We were looking for vintage-style engagement rings. He made a beautiful rose-gold ring w/ an unfired peach sapphire and it was within our price range. Juliana and crew are fantastic! Weve had custom jewelry work done, appraisals, resizing, maintenance, and repair. Also, they offer emergency jewelry removal (for if you try on your friends engagement ring and cant get it off)
