Dealing with Jose was one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to them to have a custom engagement ring made to fit my heirloom diamond. I created a CAD drawing and used a 3D printer to make a model for him to use as reference. For the next 4 weeks I came into the shop probablly 2-3 times a week to check on the design only to be told come back 2 days and it will be done. They would never call to tell me it would be a waste of my time to come in, just let me come in and get sent away seeing nothing. 2 weeks till my engagement proposal date I said I needed to see something. He said come back tomorrow and it will be done. Came back and I found that he had destroyed my mold because he didnt even make a wax mold of his own to use and was trying to pawn my hard work off like he did it only to find that the paper mold doesnt behave like wax. They also chipped my diamond while removing it from the old ring. Everything Jose said throughout this experience was I lie, "It was sent to New York...I made a wax mold...I will do the work...I will cast it" None of it was true, he doesnt have a casting machine, never made a wax mold, doesnt even do the detail work. He has to use other jewelers to do the actual work. Bottom line this place is absolutely the worst and unless you want to sell stolen jewelry that about all the good it will do for you.

Got a supposed to be gold grill from this Italian, which he kept telling me to come back week after week for a month. When I finally got it I wore it a couple times and put it away. A year later I pick it up and clean it an its white like platinum. Was gonna get him to dip it yellow but I changed my mind I wanted to just get a bottom one to match. I go in there and hes telling me he didnt even do my grill calling me a liar. Then he tried to charge me more than I paid the first time. Dont go to this fake jewler for anything!
