We have used this jeweler five times in the last few months. Ravi is excellent. I asked him to make a necklace from a link removed from an antique bracelet and he matched the beading on the edge perfectly and designed an edge that made the link look as if it was a perfect necklace. We then asked him to fix a pearl drop as the the pearl kept coming off. Again he solved the problem and the pearl drop is very secure. He is able to design or do repair work. We brought my wifes earring and he converted it to a necklace again making a connection where the earring always hangs correctly. Since then we took two antique pieces to him to fix and he has appreciated the design elements and took care with these older pieces. They do it all there --repairs, new designs, and sales. We highly recommend it to take care of all your jewelry needs.

We discovered this place about two weeks before our wedding. We were going to another jewelry shop close by to get some jewelry repaired and shop for a new wedding band because Mine didnt fit and couldnt be sized. The other Jewelry shop was closed, so we took the jewlery to be rpaired to sunshine. The owner was very friendly and attentive. We told him our situation and he said "I can make you a ring" well thats what he did. He was able to get it done before the deadline and I absolutely love it!!! I couldnt of asked for a better experience and a custom wedding band to boot. Prices were great as well. Highly recommend Sunshine Jewelry and watch repair.

Several years ago my antique silver wedding band had become so thin, it snapped when I caught it on a book. My husband and I had been searching for a replacement. While waiting to pick up a repaired watch at Sunshine Jewelry, I noticed several lovely delicate necklaces which I learned the owner had designed. I inquired then about him designing a wedding band. I now have a lovely wedding band with a very simple, but perfect, raised silver design around the band. I highly recommend Sunshine Jewelry in Decatur. Even if you decide not to buy anything, you will enjoy talking with the owner.

A lovely addition to the neighborhood. I have taken three watches here for repair and have been pleased with the results, and have spent many pleasant moments admiring the jewelry, some of which is from Afghanistan. The owners are pleasant and very engaging, and the shop conveniently stays open late almost every day. Ask Rafi to read you one of his poems in Farsi, his first language and one in which he is well known as a poet and novelist.

Mr. Junaid at Sunshine Jewelry fabricated a silver ring for my wife, mounting some small sapphires and diamonds which he had removed from some little-used jewelry. His design ideas were very attractive and his workmanship excellent. He was very easy to work with, modifying the design slightly even after the ring had been cast. He is a very creative craftsman. We are extremely happy with the final result.

This is a great place! Rafi is very helpful, skilled, and knowledgeable. I brought him a older TAG that needed a battery and he not only made sure it was still water tight and changed the battery but made it look brand new. The same day, after that, I brought him my other TAG, a self winding watch, which needed a stem, and he fixed me right up, it runs like new. Great prices, great service, nice people.

Fantastic jewelry store. The owner Rafi has an excellent collection of watches and other jewelry on offer and does first-rate repairs. I bought one Pulsar watch from him, which was a ridiculously low price, and had him repair another, a Tissot Titanium which needed the entire insides replaced. The repair cost a measly $120. I highly recommend Rafis shop. Its conveniently located in downtown Decatur.
