I went to #kayjewelers on yesterday to get my battery replace for my michael kors watch in the process of trying to get the back off this is the result of 4 employees trying to open the back of my watch; Mind you I had to wait 30-45mins. for them to tell me quote "Unfortunately maam due to having a oversized watch we were unable to open the back." This suppose to be a place that specialize in jewelry not damage. Today I went back for them to tell me what they were going to do about it, but they played the waiting game; that means nothing. Then called customer service for them to tell me I have to wait 24-48hrs. for someone to get back with me. They are literally the slowest store. I ordered a ring online and had it shipped to there store. they told me that i would get it the 29th & theyve had it in store for 2 days now and i havent gotten it yet. i called them and it literally takes me 4-6 times trys to get them to answer, They absolutely suck at answering the phone. I also went into the store yesterday and it there was only 2 people working and i was in there for almost 45 minutes and no one helped me until half the store left and i told them i was there to pick up a ring and they said they have it just havent had time to get it out of the boxs yet. i will never go back or order anything off line. Its absolutely ridiculous.

My husband and I have spent a RIDICULOUS amount of money with KAYS. I just went in to see about getting my wedding band repaired. I stood there with my daughter for a HOUR and no one ever helped me. There was two employees helping one customer. Makes no sense. Its a Sunday afternoon about 5:00. The store was not extremely busy. My husband has had this same issue. I guess they could tell I wasnt buying jewelry today so I wasnt worth their time. Little did they know that after I got my rings taken care of I was going to speak with them about buying an $800 watch for my husband! Not buying it now! Thanks KAYS!!

Paul at the Tanger outlet location was wonderful!!! He picked out my 5th anniversary wedding ring. Its a 2ct pear shaped cluster ring. Im in love with it!! He was a joy to talk to and his knowledge of rings was impressive. Its nice to go ring shopping and have someone really care about what your buying!

The last two times Ive gone in for an inspection Ive had the worst customer service. The first time, the lady even bothered to ask why I bought my own engagement set. The second time, the guy didnt inspect the ring, he just cleaned it. Dont waste your time.
