Harbor Freight is the place to go....Just remember one thing "SAVE YOUR Receipt" Find a spot in your shop or somewhere U might keep relevant papers...Remember they only GUARANTee hand tools for life...Everything else has a limited warranty....So it would behoove U to keep the warranty with the receipt.... Dont forget to cut out all the coupons in fliers, magazines or whatever else....Keep one or two on U and or in your vehicle....Dont forget to get the FREE item...If U dont want it, give it away to friends,Good Will Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity or groups having sales to raise money....If U itemize deduct it for contributions...U paid for something and got something in return i.e. charitable deduct... Their prices are great.. Serve moves up and down depending who is in the store...There is plenty of turnover so U will be hard pressed to get knowledgeable info.... I have bought in store and on line....They always been efficient and courteous... So clip a coupon and get on in there..............

Best bang for the buck when shopping for the DIY enthusiast. The only problem is the location of this store. I have been approached numerous times by people begging for money or just plain messed up on some substance. Its sad to say but I know more than a few people who dont even go there because of the riff-raff running around. The store as compared to others throughout the state is old and dated and a little on the small size. The checkout register system is from the early 2000s and I have seen it malfunction on multiple occasions..definitely a location the franchise should consider remodeling or expanding in a new location. Overall I have spent probably 2-3K there in my few short years here in Wilmington. The staff has never failed to help me..and when there is high volume times multiple registers become active unlike the bigger box stores.

I HAD CALLED IN A ORDER FOR SOME BUTTON CELL BATTERIES 24 PACK DIFFERENT SIZES. I ORDERED 2 PACKS . I GAVE THEM MY VISA NUMBERS AND I DONT THINK THEY GOT THE NUMBERS RIGHT OR SOMETHING BECAUSE I DID NOT SEE ANY MONEY TAKEN OUT OF THE ACCOUNT. I NEED THE BATTERIES. IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SEND THEM LET ME KNOW ASAP. THE GUY I WAS TALKING TO HE DID NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH.
