Ive never had a problem with them and we have visited there frequently since we moved to town. I LOVE the hours, which helped us with a water leak when my husband grabbed some Shark Bait fittings, as well as getting an early start on painting our house when we closed. Every visit there, the employees were very friendly and helped us be pointed in the right direction. I only did 4 out of 5 stars because some aisles are labeled incorrectly (what was labeled as one aisle was actually in the next aisle), but when asked, the employees help us find the way.

This is the first review Ive ever written but I feel its important. Do not go to this Home Depot for any project work. Ive gotten my flooring and windows though here and it was horrible. Actually I havent even gotten my windows yet. We have been waiting for over 3 months and each window cost over $1,000. Every time we call they ignore us, pass us off to someone else, or give us false information/ lies. The same thing happened with my flooring. I dont know why I thought the window department would be any different. Find local. I wish I had.

Dont expect any good deals. You will be paying MSRP at this store. Luckily I live on the border, and the leesburg Home Depot is only a few minutes longer of a drive. I may still grab small stuff like a box of nails or a can of raid, but my large purchases will be going to VA now, as they seem to appreciate my hard earned money. The Home Depot in Ranson is just trying to get rich on the little guy. 10 extra minutes of drive time is a small price to pay for better discounts and better savings.

The ONLY time we use Home Depot anymore is if its something my husband has to have for his work because his company has a credit card there. Although the one little Asian-looking lady is very friendly toward my husband and he seems to like her okay, the Ranson, WV store is not organized very well at all. Almost every time we were looking for something for our home, they didnt have it or Lowes had a less expensive version that was better.

For the casual shopper simply looking for seasonal plants and similar items in nature, this location offers a wide selection. Indoor and outside plants of varying size are here, as well as trees. Ive come for the moments needed spare tool and have always found everything needed with ease. The staff is always there to help. If one employee cant give an answer, theyll find someone who will.

Dont go here for something unless you know exactly where the item is youre looking for. I think I broke up their little coffee klatch and was told to just walk till I found what I was looking for. Not really much help at all. Walked the entire store and they still didnt have the item I was looking for when their website showed they did.

Definitely the best large hardware retailer in the surrounding area. Friendly staff, good selection, good prices. Much easier and quicker to deal with than the nearby Lowes. Also one of the better outdoor areas I have seen. I would reccommend this location for anyone in the area trying to do projects themselves.

Bad management the employees are dedicated but management should follow suit is management care just as much as the as the employees instead of their bonuses you would have a better store management runs off all the good help because they overwork them and they treat them like crap

After picking up some items I needed, I decided to introduce my son to the tool department. The employees were extremely friendly and engaging. They talked with him about the tools, as well. My son was very excited about the large washer we bought as a souvenir.

Typical home Depot selection and store layout. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the paint department, theres a lovely woman there that always goes out of her way to help any way she can. I never get her name, sorry.

I like this place because of the service. Unlike the Lowes in Martinsburg, I was NOT called a "f$&king cracker" by the Home depot store manager and his assistant. Which gives the HD huge points in my book.

Typical of the chain. Yes you can find some things there, dont buy lumber here unless you want it twisted for some reason. If you are looking for something unique and high quality, look somewhere else.

This store is a cluttered mess.All of the employs park close to the store in the front spots.So there is no parking close.Poor management.

This home depot as well as all home depots are a joke. Never go there. Lowes is way way better.
