Wish I could give this store no stars. I witnessed the laziest and rudest supervisor(older lady gray roots, rest was a reddish color) in my life. 1st off the boy working the register is new and learning with like 10 ppl in line and she keeps leaving him to go in the back. Then a customer was purchasing a product and it didnt have the correct price but the sign it showed @9.99 but it rang up 14.99. So the boy calls the supervisor from the back and she wont even listen to the customer. Said "he could of put the sign there himself." I and 3 other customers saw this and all were taking up for the customer and tried to explain to her good business. Places like Wal-Mart, Kmart tractor supply any other retailer who of honored their mistake. And she told me its not her fault nor thier policy. Well if she would get off her lazy butt and walk around the store check things out and what not. She wouldnt have mistakes. I wont be back and neither will my money.!!!!

I want to like this place, it is a nice store and they have everything you could possibly imagine. My biggest problem with the store since day 1 grand opening which i was there for, they refuse to have adequate staff on hand to handle customer flow, I just went in there to buy batteries real quick after a late lunch and they had 1 cashier and 20 ppl in line waiting, and atleast 20 more people in the store browsing, there was other employees in the store stocking already overflowing shelves, so why not take one or two of them and put on register to help eleviate the lines a bit? In the end i couldnt wait that long i shelved my items and left and will think twice about returning.

I purchased two moving dollies a couple of weeks ago in hopes that they would support my vertical growing towers...they dont. The size is all wrong. I took them back to the store today but unfortunately i misplaced my receipt. Three people watched me carry them in. No refund. No store credit. Nothing but two dollies I cant use back at my house. Poor customer service. I wont be back. I am a manager and this isnt how you do business. They are clearly brand new and I would have spent even more money on a gift for my husband today. I will take my business somewhere else.

if there was a negative star i would use that, THE store is terrible they rather walk around and RUN IN THE OFFICE TO watch every BLACK person they see walk in the store than answer any question you have , BIGOTS BIG time VERY unfriendly worst store i have ever been in the price is ok but i will not go back there THEY DONT NEED MY MONEY MY money is NO GOOD IN THIS STORE. WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS STORE AND I WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD THIS IS A SMALL TOWN WORDS GET AROUND .

Glad they finally put the store in. The nearest one was over an hour away and really wasnt worth the trip. Harbor Freight tools are not high end, but they serve a purpose. I think theyve gotten better in recent years too. Yes, theyre made in China, but so are most things and at least HF isnt charging USA made prices for them. Store is nice and clean, and even the employees are friendly. Always bring a coupon, who doesnt like free stuff?!

I am so happy that they built an Harbor Freight close to home. For years I had travel to the Harbor Freight on Lost Knife Road in Montgomery Village. Having the convenience to purchase supplies close to home is something I greatly appreciate. The staff and customer service at this location is great. Id recommend it to any one.

How can i purchase a toolbox when its not in stock and i cant even order one and they sure as hell wont sell me the floor model....i was told id have to wait till the truck came in and just hope that it would be on it. Very stupid system. Because of that, sears got the sale instead. Only good thing is the cheap prices.

I have waited 6 long years for a Harbor Freight to come to the area and its finally happened!!! Excellent products, excellent service, and best of all, excellent prices!! I try to get in at least once a week and I am extremely happy that I no longer have to drive all the way out to the Gaithersburg location.

Im glad they came to Hagerstown. I always had to drive crazy far to find one. Nice new store. Have all the stuff you would expect to find at a harbor freight. No service problems on my visit. Feel bad about the guy saying he was watched the whole time that sounds crazy. They seemed nice.

Terrible experience. I waited in line for 40 minutes to purchase one item. In 40 minutes only 3 people were checked out. Everyone had tons of coupons and the cashier did not know what to do. Very disorganized and not ready to be opened. Avoid until they get more established.

Managers are disrespectful they can not handel stress and take it out on employees. Tall skinny guy short hair was talking bad to a girl on the register when she asked for help. And they dont even know what half the tools are in there.

Its a new store so some kinks still. But the staff especially the check out staff were knowledgeable. They did a great job and helped me get some great deals.
