Customer service is non-existent. Have been in several times for things that I needed but never bought before but nobody came over to help me on any occasion, and when I approached them for help , the old guy told me to buy anything I may need, and reminded me of the stores closing hours. I like to shop local, but this is the exception. Youll feel like a ghost when shopping here. Just go across the street to tractor supply; theyll acknowledge you

Horrible customer service. I was on hold 20+ minutes with one simple yes or no question. I just drove the 20 minutes to Lowes instead. Not impressed.
