I have always found Wilson Hardware to be a great place for purchasing and servicing my string trimmer. They provide very good service, espeically with the Stihl brand. During my last visit, I took my string trimmer in for service. I found the man that waited on me to be very rude and almost made me feel like an inconvenience when I dropped it off. He did not even say hello or ask me how he could help me. Furthermore, he reprimanded me in front of another customer for not properly winterizing my string trimmer. When I left, he did not thank me or say goodbye. I returned to pick up my string trimmer yesterday, I waited in line for almost 15 minutes before anyone would assist me. However, a very nice woman came down from the hardware store and saw that I was not being taken care of. She quickly attended to getting my string trimmer and checking me out. She even carried my string trimmer out to my car and placed it in my trunk. This wonderful womans customer service renewed my faith in bringing my business back to Wilson Hardware. I wish the rest of the staff in the service department could be as helpful and welcoming.

My husband and I can highly recommend this dealer! We switched from another STIHL dealer who did not offer great customer service. After a garage theft we needed to replace several pieces of STIHL equipment and we chose to purchase them at Wilson Hardware. We have not been sorry. David Aurand and his assistant Kurt has provided excellent service both when we purchased our equipment and when any repairs have been needed.

Im sure its a great local store but my first impression was less than positive. Tried calling twice and was put on hold for 10 minutes each time without anyone checking on me. I ended up hanging up after the second try and called Brodners who answered my question in 30 seconds.

Just bought a Stihl 600 backpack blower from Wilson Hardware. Dave was really helpful, making sure I knew all the everything necessary. I know that Wilson Hardware will be ready to support for years to come. As a result, I will return to buy a chain saw in a few months.
