Prices are high bc there is no competition with other markets. I find the ajises, recao and some other spices bland, not aromatic, old, (pasado de tiempo) and too expensive! The same with the platains, bananas etc... Again, its bc there is no competition but a little birdie told me recently, (someone from the grapevine!) that soon there will be competition! Yeah! This person will receive products straight from the island, fresher and cheaper! Lets hope its true! Only time will tell. It is really needed!

Customer service was ok. The problem i had was i bought pizza rolls to make for my kids i knew they would be hungry after being out. When i got back home to make them. While taking them out of the bag they didnt look right and after they were done. They had this horrible smile. I looked at the expiration date and it said April 2015 and it was October. Never buying food from there again if i do i will definitely check the date on them.

For Hispanic food and Caribbean flavor this is the perfect grocery store always good prices and everything to remind of NY or tri state Rican/Dominican food. Also they have a small restaurant in the store it is awesome delicious Dominican food including sancocho on Sundays the spot for a hangover cure lol.

The place is good but the restaurant in it is horrible good food but very rude and they dont serve the costumers well. They got my order wrong and then the guy wanted to charge me extra for something that I didnt get. Horrible experience he needs to change his attitude.

Found some things where the price was higher than Walmart, but overall, the prices are pretty good. I enjoyed being able to get items that I cant find in other grocery stores such as Walmart and Food Lion. It was great being in a store with so much culture.

Not impressed. We had a Groupon for them and they said that they didnt honor those. They do have a large variety of foods for different ethnicities, but I was more turned off by the attitudes and professionalism (or lack thereof) of the staff/employees.

Very large grocery store of international fare. Great place to find ingredients for any number of ethnic foods. If you do a lot of international travel, and are looking for a hard to find drink or snack food from overseas... this place may have it.

Great prices, great selection. I really like that they have their aisles organized by country, so if you are looking for Columbian ingredients they arent mixed in with Dominican, etc. And Julians restaurant is the bomb!
