I lived in Florida so I really, really like Publix. The fried chicken is fantastic. I gave a 2 stars because Ive gone to Publix for well over 10 years and nothing like this has ever happened. I picked up the 8 piece fried chicken and got home to find only 6 pieces no wings. I called prepared foods and the young man who answered the phone was very nice and apologetic, he told us just come back tonight and they will give us a new box or whenever we went back. I didnt want to go back tonight because we are all hungry. Well, we settle down to eat and what do you know, I pull the thigh apart to find bright red blood, even our 5 year old was screaming "that is raw mommy". Now I decided to go back and wouldnt you know again, I realized the girl at the check out, when she got flustered because she handed me 4 five dollar bills instead of 3 $5 bills she forgot to give me my receipt. So now I bought chicken, didnt get all the pieces, got under cooked pieces and no receipt to prove Im sending my son back to see if they will honor what they said anyway without the receipt. Well on the bright side, the macaroni and cheese and the southern style potato salad was great.. Okay update, wow they replaced it with a new 8 piece chicken and even gave us a refund. I totally didnt expect a refund but, I do thank you. Thanks Publix for great customer service, I moved from 3 stars to 4 because they went beyond what I expected to rectify the situation. Thanks again.

Just wow! Ive heard people from out of state rave about Publix and now I know why. The staff here is amazing. We had so many people ask if we needed anything and genuinely seem to care about our experience. That makes a world of difference when you know the employees want to help and dont make you feel bad for asking a question. The prices were reasonable and the things that were on sale were great deals. And you dont need a loyalty card to get the deal. Theyve clearly positioned themselves against Harris Teeter and are doing a great job. Harris Teeter definitely needs to up their game or risk losing a lot of business. Publix has earned a new customer and we look forward to coming back.

I was excited that a Publix was opening close to me, and this one mostly lives up to my expectations. Its huge, so clean you could eat off the floor, and the deli sandwiches are delicious. Im not sure about their online ordering, though. I ordered a foot-long Italian sub with lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and black olives. My wife doesnt like banana peppers or black olives, so in the special instructions I wrote: "Banana peppers and black olives on only half of the sub, please." The sub I got had lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers and black olives on half... and nothing but banana peppers and black olives on the other half. Really, Publix?

Really enjoyed shopping at Publix!Staff was ,friendly,very helpful,and polite.Great smiles. The store was very clean. The food and vegetables looked great and were displayed nicely. I found a variety of different meals not found in other stores. I especially like the idea of a cooking demonstration that also offers the ingredients on display so you dont have to go find them. Also the rciepe cards for each demo .I would return to shop again and tell my friends to visit as well.

Very nice market. Staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered from the deli using online ordering. Promised it would be ready for pickup at 9:20pm. Wasnt ready when I got there at 9:25. So I went to get bread from the other side of the store. Still not ready when I returned. Those that walked up and ordered, orders were ready before my callin order. Dropped the ball on that one. The staff was very apologetic but offered nothing to make up for the ding. Oh well.

Publix is a store we frequent when visiting the GA or FL area while visiting relatives. We were so overjoyed to see one being built in Wake Forest NC-Heritage Village. My sister and I went to shop for groceries and we had the best experience ever. Basically we received "white glove" service. EVERYONE was so polite and friendly. All I ask is that you consider building one in Knightdale, NC. Love this store and will definitely be back!

Very nice store! Neat, clean, spacious high ceilings, bright, friendly staff, great bakery and deli, really nice butcher shop and seafood section, good hot food section with eat-in dining area, good subs and store app for ordering subs, and great cooking demos with yummy food, and good ready to cook foods. *Really good potato salad too! However, the prices are high so get your coupons and other grocery store coupons before you go!

This store is awesome - my son actually likes going food shopping, because the employees are so nice, and they gave him a free balloon and cookie - what more could a 2 1/2 year old want :). Also, I received my flu-shot the other day, and I didnt even feel it - the process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this store and pharmacy!!!

This store did not look or feel new, or even reasonably new. It looks outdated from the moment you walk in. The outside looks nice, but the inside could be that of a 20 year old Kroger. The prices werent great either. Will be my first and only stop by this location.

I am so happy to have a Publix. I have never really learned to cook. With Publix Aprons, I go every week and pick up a recipe card. All the ingredients are right there together. It makes shopping so easy and I have learned to cook some really amazing meals.

Not only am I impressed with customer service, but Ive learned that they get a fresh shipment of produce in 7 days a week. I think the prices are the same as Lowes Foods and Harris Teeter. When you take advantage of the buy one, get one its even better.

I go there with my teacher and my classmates we walk to Publix every Monday and the stuff is so nice I love going to Publix. And on this Monday I am going to public and I am going to buy fried chicken and I am going to taste it and see if its good

2 weeks open and theyre already out of some items. Milk is best by four days from now. Veggies arent the freshest. Better than either of the Harris teeters near our house though so its better than nothing until Wegmans opens up.
