Estoy muy indignada el día de ayer a las 6:11 pm compre Leche y estaba vencida cuando se lo día a mi niña empezó a vomitar y me dijo que la leche estaba muy fea. fue cuando me fijé la fecha de vencimiento Llame a la tienda para reclamar y me respondieron de muy mala manera. Ojala cierren pronto esta tienda

Great place to shop if you need things you cant get at a convenience store. The sheer selection of dry goods from almost every corner of the globe is amazing. The manager is kind and very friendly. The produce section is great, provided you dont plan to keep the product for more than a few days. I have never tried the seafood, because it doesnt appeal to my tastes. The meat selection is good, but again must be used right away. There is no bakery on the premises, but they do have items brought in. Keep your overall expectations at a minimum, and you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this Supermarket, with the extremely diverse selection on exotic (to me) spices, ingredients, and sorts of ethnic Latin American cuisine. The prices for the cuts of meat, especially ground beef are extremely inexpensive, and the meat is lean, very little fat. Weirdly when my mum was visiting, she needed to go to the lavatory. And we stopped here, and by a fluke we discovered this market. Theyve recently expanded to include more options, beer and wine, and overall I really love this place!

If you want the best pitas, sour cream and authentic Latin American food for your next cookout or dinner, this store has it all. Limited by its size, the store packs the best in Latin American food items in town and probably the East Coast. A true chefs gem right in the heart of Arlington. The lines are long on weekends so get there early.

Terrible grocery store. Employee was putting fresh fruit directly on top of the older, visibly molding produce. Most of the products are cheaper and better quality elsewhere, except for the specialty cheeses and other Latin American products. Probably a good place to go if you want to make pupusas, but steer clear of anything else in there.

Well ive been going to this supermarket for over 10 years and i love it my cousin lived here and people are nice but they need to add another door to enter because it is sometimes really crowded but other then that its a nice place good parking nice food its fresh air conditioning changes by the weather outside and its a great time

Update: Sadly, this grocery is now closed at this location due to development. Community grocery/butcher shop/fish market---catering mostly to the Latin community. Has good produce, fish, meat, poultry, spices, produce, dairy and baked goods at an exceptional value! I go for the produce and hard to find Latin products.

The worst Custemer service I have ever had especially the manager is so ignorant that she even dont want to open the door and talk to me I have been their customer for about 4 years I never treated like a valued Custemer Im going there just because its near to my home I will never go again

This is the food store closest to me. I use them when I run out of things. I am happy that they stock a good amount of organic dairy. The fish and meat always seems very fresh and well priced and you can find spices and produce not available at the Giant. That said, wish it was cleaner.

I recently went to Food Star to promote my sauces (hot) and a gourmet jerk on prepared foods back by the meat counter. Their meats are excellent and their chicken is very good. The store is very clean and the staff is very very helpful and nice. And the prices are great as well.
