If I could give NO stars I would. This review is for the Harlem Road tops on the Snyder/Cheektowaga border. I shop there regularly because it is very close to our home, but the experience of frustration Ive had in the past few weeks has me on my last nerve. From the overpriced, and paltry meat selection to the SLOW MOVING, UNMANNERED, MUMBLING, BORED, UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL cashiers - this store manager ought to be ashamed of himself. On more than one occasion, Ive handed over coupons at the time of payment, and they forget to key them in, and then Im handed back my unused coupons, receipt and register generated coupons and change all together in a pile into my hands with no eye contact, or a simple thank you. Today I asked the above described body who was manning the kiosk for the self checkout if I could have somebody help me carry my groceries to my car. She looked right through me, bored and uncomprehending that she MIGHT have to assist my request. She lumbered over to a man in a tie whom I think was in a managerial position while I waited. Nothing. Nothing! Neither she, nor the man in charge for the day responded to me - now, I realize he was running ragged because today they were grilling hot dogs in the parking lot for $1.00 and he was busying himself fumbling with hot dog buns, but this level of incompetence and abysmal customer service is outrageous. When she returned to her spot, I asked again - even apologizing!! if there was somebody to help me tote my things. Again I got the same blank, bored mumbling crap coming out of her face except this time she mumbled: "Uh da cart guy is gone fer da day." I walked out ready to blow when I noticed a "cart guy" walked over to him, and asked if he could help me - and he did. Last time I shop there. I wonder if they will miss the revenue I generated for them to the tune of $500/week.

THIS IS FOR THE EAST AMHERST ON TRANSIT ROAD (TOPSMARKET) Does not have everything you want. Is very pricy compared to Wegmans. Wegmans do carry better meats fruits and vegetables. Workers are not very friendly. Need multicultural to work at this location. Look at you funny when you use coupons. Your coupons are checked at least 3 times to make sure its the right coupon. Managers are arrogant. Many times had to return cold cuts because it gets bad the next day. The steaks meats are always black in color. Never anyone at the seafood dept or bakery dept. Always have to wait for at least 10-15mins for someone. Very poor customer service. No cell phone service in this store. Rude people at the deli counter This store defiantly needs a make over from the staff to the foods. Gas points are dam scam. The hot foods are on display for days.. This store needs to be investigated.

Would give zero stars but cant. I rush after work to get there with four minutes to spare until 9pm. However, the service desk is closed. The managers response: oh well shes gone already. I guess she just left early, I dont know. Incredibly unprofessional. Im pretty sure, especially in retail, you stay there for your posted hours. And how does the manager not know or care why she closed early?!? Corporate: what can we do about this??? Its not the first time either!!! Canandaigua location.

Review for Troy, PA store. Deli & Bakery did fantastic job providing food for party of 75. Easy to order with online entertaining catalog & knowledgeable staff. Fresh sandwiches & wraps made morning of party, along with fruit & brownie platters & 4 doz decorative cupcakes...all picked up by 9:30am. Quick payment with reasonable prices. Friendly staff loaded my car (in the cold & snow) with gratitude. Partiers raved re the freshness & taste. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is for the Baldwinsville, NY location. Wegmans has nicer TEENAGERS, fresher fruit, fresher meats, lower prices and most, if not all registers open! After a horrible experience of a woman cashier calling us grumpy and rude as we will never return to a Tops location again. We are solely Wegmans shoppers!!

Every time I get ground beef or hamburgers the meat is always nice and red on the outside, then you get it home and its all Brown on the inside. Nice way to get rid of your old meat, dye it with food coloring or something, I buy something I want it to be fresh, never again will you get my business!

The Pharmacy and staff in the pharmacy are TOP NOTCH. They are the ONLY reason why I still come into that building.
