I havent had many good experiences here. The customer service is poor and I find the selection of food to be lacking. On on occasion, I returned home and realized the cashier charged me twice for the same item. Since I didnt have proof that I didnt leave the store with two of the same item, I was unable to get a refund. Ive also purchased items that were marked with a sale price, but rang up regular price. I have never had this happen as frequently as it has at this Kroger location. Ive resigned to driving a bit further out to shop at Trader Joes and Whole Foods because the customer service is much better, let alone the food quality.

This store has average prices, but what really hurts it is the poor customer service (if I wanted that I would shop at Walmart). Employees are not friendly or helpful; the bakery has even refused my 2-year old a cookie on numerous occasions... really. Recently, they refused to exhange a $10 bill for a roll of quarters, though Id spent plenty of money in the store. Also, if you shop in the evening they usually have NO registers open, only self check-out, which is really a pain when youve got tons of produce. The one nice thing about them is they have "car" shopping carts for kids.

Just moved in down the road. Love shopping at this Kroger. People are very friendly and helpful. Great selection of products
