3/19/2015 :The drive thru service sucks! Every time I visit the drive-thru I have a terrible experience, but this one takes the cake. If your on your way to work and want to stop by for a cup of coffee and a sandwich, keep on moving! I sat at the window for 2.5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or said Good Morning. When the younglady finally came on the speaker,I told her what I wanted, I had to repeat it twice because she kept getting it wrong. How can you mess up an order of cappauccino and a ham w/ swiss biscuit? Idk, but she did! To add to my long wait which has now turned into what should have been no less than a 6 to 7 minute experience; into a 25 minute nightmare. The 3 cars in front me were speeding off!!! No doubt they were late for work, as I was!!! I messaged my boss to inform her of what was going on, and to ask if she wanted something; her response was: "oh boy, your in for a long wait! Bring me a bagel w/ cream cheese!" When I finally got to the window the younglady pulled the window back with this long sad face....handed me my bag and never said a word! No good morning, no thank you, no nothing!!!! She closed the window. I sat there wondering if I was going to get my coffee or not. I sat some more, and some more, after about 4 minutes of sitting, she pulls the window back, hands me my cup which was half full of cappucinno and half full of cream. I was shaking the cup around to see if there was really something in it because it was so light, it felt empty! When I finally got to work, I look into my cup and just as I thought, the cup had more cream in it than it did coffee. I was totally disgusted with this whole experience and will not go back there again. The customer service is horrible!!!! Lumberton, NC was not ready for Starbucks, the people working there are country and do not appreciate the finer things in life. Ive visited Starbucks all over the world and I have never been treated so badly.

Used mobile app to order. Are usually find my drink ready when I arrive, but this time they had not made it. I waited patiently while the Barista made other drinks. After several customers drinks were made even though they order after I arrived , they received their drinks before me. After 10 minutes I asked if my drink order come through. They looked around suddenly and saw my drink order on the printer and just said that it was in order of drinks. They then made two more drinks before making mine and then wasnt sure how to make it correctly. Ask me if I wanted cream and I said no just a 2% like it comes. At which point the Barista put half and half in my drink. Poor customer service comma talking too much amongst each other to notice what they were doing. No sort of apology for forgetting to make my drink. And even though the store was full of customers waiting for drinks and several employees are in the back joking around only one Barista was mainly drinks. 20 minutes to make a drink wrong and make no apology for forgetting to make it. Last time I use this location while traveling on 95.

Ive been here a few times with fairly good service then a few weeks ago my sister and I went thru the drive thru and ordered our drinks and two paninis it wasnt until we pulled off that we realized the paninis hadnt even been heated they were still almost froze we pulled back to the drive thru and asked for a manager we told her the situation she took them from us and walked away without an apology NOTHING we heard her tell the barista that those particular paninis were supposed to have been thrown away we were then informed we that we would be getting our money back because those paninis werent for sale!!!! Again no apology no offer to replace them with another item NOTHING needless to say it will be awhile before Starbucks gets any of my hard earned money, their food and drinks are outrageously expensive as it is without the crappy customer service.

At first I was impressed by the level of customer service, the baristas were attentive and informative to my questions with the new rewards plan as well as processing my order. They were very busy with the drive through as expected being so close to I-95 on a Sunday. When we drove off, there were no problems with our sandwiches, but the coffee drinks were horrible. I ordered a Grande mocha with an extra shot, and it tasted like a cup of warm milk. My wife ordered a vanilla latte and it did not taste very well at all. We poured out our drinks at the next stop. Our fault for not tasting them prior to departing the store.

I like popping in from time to time when I come to town to see my friend and I come back because I am always treated so nicely. Today was no different, however there was a new, very nice young lady who transferred from the Harris Teeter Starbucks, (I failed to catch her name Im so sorry.) who made my drink wonderfully. Mine and my friends drink! (Guilty of stealing a sip) I work at a Starbucks out in Fayetteville and I have to admit my own drink was done better by someone other than me! My friend also admits that theirs is 200xs better than theyve had before. You guys have a keeper!! Love the service and the drinks

Seek your coffee fix elsewhere. Similar to other reviews, I placed a mobile order. The employees do not even know that an order was placed, causing a wait for our two drinks for 10 minutes. Once they realized what the order was, they told me that they didnt have cold brew. Awesome! The lack of professionalism, no apology, and inability to make a standard drink baffles my mind. A 10 minute quick stop took over 25 minutes. Save your time from this highway stop and go elsewhere!

I witness a beautiful show of kindness... As a tourist I Google this location for my frap fix :) as I ordered my drink I was informed that the person in front of me had paid for my drink! Of course I returned the kind gesture to the person behind me... I later found out that this was happening all morning - I LOVE IT!!! This caused me to try & find more ways to show kindness to others!

WORST Starbucks I have ever been in!! We stopped in yesterday while traveling South on I95. The guy making hot drinks was literally in slow motion, as if he was high. The guy making cold drinks screwed up my wifes drink TWICE, she finally accepted as is so that we could get back on the road. It took them over 20 minutes to get our order to us! Avoid this Starbucks if possible.

Slow, slow, slow! Unless you dont have anything better to do than sit in the drive thru and have your time wasted, dont come here. I sat #2 in line watching the minutes tick by for a cup of coffee. Even after waiting a few minutes my husband had time to get out and use the bathroom. He noted the staff inside did not seem very busy and that the trashcan outside was overflowing.
