I have been to numerous Panera locations including this one before. After finding a hair in my Bacon Turkey Bravo at the Crabtree location, I decided to stick with the North Hills location. I got there at about 8 PM on a Sunday night with my girlfriend. After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, we placed our order. I proceeded to fix my drink while we waited for the food to be prepared. I filled my cup with ice and Sprite. I looked down into my cup (thankfully) before taking a sip and found a bunch of black bits floating in it. I dumped it out and tried again. Same thing. So I switched to Tropicana Fruit Punch, and everything seemed fine. Then we were paged for our food, which had been put in to-go containers for some reason. Not a huge deal, but it was a pain going to one of the smallish tables and trying to piece together our meals. I had ordered a half Bacon Turkey Bravo, Creamy Tomato Soup, and bread combo. My girlfriend had ordered a Greek Salad with no pepperoncini. Instead of the pepperoncini, she had some sort of unidentifiable stem in her salad. My sandwich was wrapped individually, the croutons for the soup were packaged separately from the soup, the bread was separate. Basically, it was just a bunch of wasted containers on their part, and a hassle for us, not to mention eating off paper didnt do much for the dining out experience. Several employees walked by and did nothing to acknowledge our situation. Then I went back for a drink refill. The employees just stood there while the person in front of me tried to get ice out of the machine. Then I tried, but it was empty. They never refilled it or offered to get any from the back. It wasnt the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant, but I quit going to Panera for like a year after the hair incident, and they certainly didnt do much to win me back over this trip.

I placed an order. Called customer service because the only option the website gave me was an order for Later when I wanted to place the order for Now. The customer service representative said when she went on the website, it gave her the option for Now unlike myself. The only resolve they had was to cancel my order which would have put me further behind on their waitlist but all I wanted is my order to be seen as being placed when I placed it not having to wait 2 hours later to have my order delivered. I called the store directly where someone placed me on hold for 20 minutes for another person to get on and tell me that the person I spoke to previously was in ATLANTA when I called the store directly! Then to top it off he again asks me after telling me how backed up they were and that though the site had its own glitch because again, the representative in customer service was able to access the site with the Now option, to see if I wanted to cancel my order. AGAIN ALL I WANTED WAS TO HAVE MY ORDER MADE AND DELIVERED NOW instead of later. I dont get what was so complicated about my request but this is certainly an EPIC FAIL on their part. I am sure I was quite clear in my communications to everyone I spoke to but they all seemed to not GET THE SIMPLEST REQUEST.

Well let me start by saying I am a Panera Bread Fanatic! I could eat there morning, noon and night. But my last experience was less than terrific. My co-workers and I went inside. I did not order anything, but wanted some Cesar salad dressing. I walked to the person at the rapid check out, and asked if I could have a salad dressing. She ( Miranda ) asked me if I placed an order, I said not but my friend did. I only wanted salad dressing. I knew I might have to pay for it, and was totally prepared for " Yes, but we will have to charge you". But instead the answer Miranda gave me was, " well there is nothing I can do for you, you can go to Harris Teeter and get some". At this point I was in so much shock I walked away. I then went to the register and asked the young man could I please have a dressing, and I told him I would pay for it if necessary. He told me no worries and handed me a dressing. I then asked for the Manager on duty, and guess who it was MIRANDA! so not only was my experience at one of my favorite lunch places bad, but it was a manager who treated me this way. Lets just say, I will not be spending my breakfast, lunch or dinner at Panera Bread if the customer service is bad via the manager.

First off, I stopped eating at Panera years ago, and now I know Im never going to step foot in this particular establishment ever. Negative reviews are not something I take lightly, or do often. I tried ordering for myself, and two other coworkers online. I couldnt pay individually, so I called to place the order and pay by phone. I spoke to an employee that, after explaining why Im calling, stated theyd charge us each three separate delivery charges. I ask at that point, to speak to a manager. I asked him, if I can place the orders, and pick them up, and pay when I get there at 1:30 pm, after the lunch rush. He stated, that would cause a "hiccup" and said I should just pay with one card, and figure it out later amongst ourselves. So were the inconvenience to you? The customer? I didnt ask for anything unreasonable, just didnt have the option to use cash, since we were at work. Worst customer service ever. Not only have I worked in customer service for over 20 years but, Im also a trained chef.

I ordered a half southwest chile chicken salad and half a sandwich. The salad did not have the avacado on it that it was supposed to (the main reason I picked this particular salad). I called and spoke to the manager and informed her of the situation and she said they will fix it and deliver it to me right away. An hour later a cup of avacado was dropped off at reception with only a sticky note of the address and my cell number. If it wasnt for my cell number being on there the receptionist would not have had any idea why that bag was there. On the bottom of the receipt it states that if the order is not right let them know and they will fix it and give a sweet treat. I did as it says, did not get my order fixed, and did not get my treat. Sadly disappointed with my first order from here.

gross, many dirty tables and the employees not clean it up. They not volunteer to give us food, give food wrong and not the silverware that we need. The walk in front of female customers. And block the walk away and try step on the foot. Stand behind female customers. and yell in the ear. Walk away from female customers. And the female customers have to ask them to come back and finish the job several times, talk back rude, rush to get rid of, yell and interrupt, try to stick the sharp fingernails into the skin of the hand, repeat the same questions,. And run away and not come back at all. While wait on . Not volunteer to give the food. The food is always good at Panera bread. And a lot of good eats at moderate prices. The bakery is great. The parking lot is bad, tight.
