Buy here all the time for personal and business and have always been pleased so far. If you know a little about what youre buying and willing to go online for coupons you can get some great deals here. Yes, a lot of it is made in China. No, the quality on some items wont be the same as others that cost 4-5 times as much. Take some common sense and coupons with you when you go in and you should come out satisfied with what you get for the price. They have a great return/exchange policy if something isnt right - just make sure you keep your receipt. Get protection plan on motorized/electronic equipment (common sense again). Staff has always been friendly and helpful when Ive been there.

I went to Harbor Freight today to buy casters. The casters that I needed where not on the shelf so I asked the cashier for help she handed me off to shawn. While waiting for Shaun to help me he helped 2 other customers that came to him after the hand off. I went back to the cashier and told her what had happened and I told her to forget my purchase that I no longer wanted to do business with Harbor Freight.

This is my one stop for everything tool shop. They are always running a sale, most of their tools have lifetime warranties and you can buy extended warranties for certain items like jacks. I bought a 3 ton Jack for 70 bucks from here! Beat that walking or running.
