Great customer service! DJ explained what he thought was wrong with my mower, and he was spot on. I dropped it off around 11:00 AM on a Saturday, got a call before 1:30 PM saying it was ready for pickup - and the cost was about half of what it could have been. Fantastic experience especially after going to Farmers and STI who acted like they didnt want my business. Highly recommend!
