I sadly must agree with Ms. Johnson. I have shopped this ACE hardware store numerous times for more than 10 years. Ive noticed a culture that seriously lacks any form of good customer service. Its almost like they are bothered by your presence as a customer. No one ever asks to help you with anything. And if you do need help, finding someone willing to give even minimal attention is very difficult and usually involves very negative attitudes. I have taken the approach to only shop here if ALL other options have been exhausted. There is a Home Depot, Lowes Home Improvement and future Tractor Supply all within just a few miles that will get my support before this ACE Hardware does. I wish it wasnt this way, but until their culture changes, my business with them will be extremely limited.

The worst episode of customer service I have ever had. I was looking for storm door clips and the MANAGER said he didnt know what they were so in the middle of attempting to explain it to him he interrupts me and then hangs up. I go to the store and he then tells me to leave and I cant get what I need from there. When I asked for a higher ups phone number he then claims to own that particular store.

The worst ace hardware Ive every visited and Ive been a customer of this chain all my life. NO MORE. From customer service to the parts department and cashier, this store has the most arrogant and discourteous staff Ive ever seen from ACE. What a shame. One star is too much in my opinion. Avoid if at all possible.

High propane prices. They deal with Guilford Gas. What do you expect? Tractor Supply is the place to go for propane. They have Great ribs and chicken up in the front corner of the parking lot. Love the smell when I drive by.

I went into this store to get 2 Honda car transponder keys cut. I had the key blanks, didnt need them programmed, just cut. They were going to charge me $45 per key - $90, just to have 2 keys CUT. Ridiculous.
