Hi Rachel, I was told by one of your representatives that our laundry was covered while the machine was out of order. I’m very disappointed in how your company handled our warranty claims and will share with my many customers, friends, and Home Depot. For the first appointment, my husband stayed home all day for the service guy, nobody showed up. The number the warranty center gave me did no good because no one answered for me or the warranty center. For the second appt. my husband stayed home a half day, and the service guy that did show up said he didn’t work on that brand of washer. That was two days of work missed, not to mention 4 weeks without a washer. The very least you could do is pay for our clothes being washed, as your representative assured me you would. We have spent a lot of money over the years with Home Depot but as it looks now we will never spend another penny there and I will be sure to copy this e-mail to the big guys at Home Depot. We have owned a business for 24 years, and I’m sure we wouldn’t still have this business if we treated our customers the way we were treated by you. Trish Younts

I went and bought boxes and had a cashier check me out. As I was walking out of the door I was followed by an employee. I turned around and asked him if he needed help with something. He said no but continued to follow me. I got stopped at my car by another employee with the guy that was following me a few yards still behind me. The employee asked to see my receipt and stated it was company policy. I told her I didnt see her check anyone elses receipt but gave her mine just to get out of the situation. It took her 10 minutes to check my receipt and the employee stayed behind me the whole time viewing the situation. I only had 5 boxes on the receipt of purchase. If this is truly company policy the store should consider checking all receipts at the door instead of just a select few to avoid accusations of discrimination. I dont like how I was treated and I wont be shopping at this location again.

I must say that I have never experienced such rude workers and pathetic customer service. Many isles were blocked off while employees were restocking. They never offered help or moved. I was shopping for a vacuum. The majority of the boxes which contained new products were beat up and previously opened. No way that Im taking a chance on that! In total, it is very obvious that this store lacks management and customer service skills.

I dont really care much for Home Depot. When you go in the store all the Home Depot employees are standing around talking to each other. So nine times out of ten your not going to get any help from any Home Depot employee. Hope you know what your looking for and where to find it when you get in the store. But if its a hooker your looking for you can find one of those roaming around the parking lot. Lol.

They didnt have what we needed, so we asked this young worker if he could asked someone for us. He never said hi, how can I help you, nothing. He then walked over, looked at the "threaded hose" that we were needing, then shook his head no and walked away. There were also some pipe fittings that we needed but they didnt have them either. Not a good visit this time.
