A very nice store, with very low prices. Most of the shoes and clothes are on sale at half off. As far as the customer service its not satisfactory. None of the associates looked like they wanted to help me, and walking around with frowning faces, its like they just watch you if youre going to steal anything. My second visit there, i had one guy by the name of Dorian who was eager and enthusiastic about helping me purchasing running shoes. He was genuine and treated me like i was a real person instead of sale. Very smart and knowledgeable about what he saying to me (i think hes a track runner) and it also helps that hes a very attractive guy. I give him 5 stars but the store 3 stars.

I love these guys. This is the most friendly staff at a shoe store that I have EVER seen. I hate shopping for shoes, and Im one of those people who puts it off until the last minute [which often results in shoe-hunting for hours on end]. They understood my personal style and desire to have shoes that didnt look tacky and werent too feminine, and helped me find many different styles until we found the right pair for me. The best part- I paid $22 for a pair of shoes that normally cost $68. I will definitely be going here again for shoes for my entire family.

I went to foot locker and the lady was very rude to me and i was going to buy a pair of nike kobe low tops and they were 160 dollars and she kept asking me after every pair i tried on if I want to go buy them and they didnt even have my size. I went to Foot Action and I got the exact same pair of shoes for $65.00 instead of Footlockers crazy $160.00

Ive got my New Balance MT580GY shoes for $20. People are so nice & calm they will let u shop, help you when u need info. I forgot to use moisturizer that day. Sales girls offered me to have some moisturizer thank you girl I dont know you name but thank u so much. Id love to shop in future..

This is actually an outlet store with incredible prices. I remember buying nike shoxs here for $40! Incredible pricing and good service. Big space and tons of shoes here. Theres a rewards program if you are a sneakerhead so you can maximize some savings. Private parking lot outside.
