If I had 2 words to describe this store it would be "Shoe Heaven"! If you cant find a pair of shoes here, what you are looking for does not exists. From athletic shoes, to casual shoes, or shoes for a night out on the town, DSW will have them and at a discounted price. Recently I found a great pair of shoes but they did not have my size, the sales lady got on the phone for me and checked all the other DSW stores to locate on in my size. That is what I call great service. Highly recommend.

For whatever reason, & it may just be that Im less available / interested in making a special trip to DSW than in years past, I find it more difficult to find the shoes I like (Cole Haan, for example) in my size. Also, the clearance section seems to be filled year-round with last years flip-flops, tassled penny loafers (people actually still buy those?), & other non-options...

Great selection of shoes at a discounted price. Much better selection and cheaper prices than Nordstorm and better quality shoes than the cheap imitation pairs at Walmart. An average pair of Nike shoes are $75 plus tax. That is what I call a good deal. Also front end sales staff are very friendly unlike at Walmart. Will be coming back here to buy shoes.

I love that all of the shelves are low to the ground so you dont feel like youre trapped in a maze. The selection was good and I found a pair of running shoes in the clearance section all the way in the back that also saved a ton of money. Ill be coming back for sure.

Very large selection of shoes at great prices. The staff are always ready to help you. If you want to find a really good deal go to the back of the store. There you will find the clearance area and steeply discounted shoes of all types.

Row format with all the clearance sales in the back. Alot of great varieties of shoes at reasonable prices. Service is quick and fast with delivering shoes to try on. Parking lot outside.
