I recently purchased several hoodies for members of my family during a promotion that Finish Line was having. One of the shirts did not fit. The store did not have a larger size in that particular shirt in stock. The sales person checked his inventory, checked with another store and then offered to find it on line and have it shipped directly to me. It would have been so simple for him to just say, "sorry, we dont have any more" and that would have been the end, however, he went above and beyond, in my opinion. He was cheerful, pleasant and very helpful. The young mans name is Scott. He gave great customer service and did it all with a smile. Definitely a reason to shop in this store again for sporting goods and apparel.
