Holy crap, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. Seriously !!! They obviously sell after market or damaged shoes. I bought a pair of Nike sneakers there and within a month the soles were falling off. I went in to to return them and they would only give me an exchange, no problem, so I picked up a pair of Skechers. Within a week they starting making this clicking sound with each step. I went back to return them because of said clicking. The manager said that all Skechers are made cheaply and are famous for making noise. I have owned at least three pair and my wife has had many Skechers, not one has ever made this noise. He said there was nothing he can do because I wore them. No kidding? How else would I know they made noise when walking? AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

I would avoid this store. I bought a pair of Sollu boots on 5/30 and by 8/21 the sole had fallen off. I took them back with receipt expecting an easy swap and instead I was given the full “it’s past 30 days” treatment from the clerk and manager. I asked the manager if this was really how he wanted to handle the situation and he made it very clear that it was. I had never heard of Sollu before but I took a chance because I assumed SRI would stand behind the product. They clearly don’t.

The guy at the cash register was extremely rude. He couldnt answer any of my questions and treated me like I was stupid. He then called over another person to help answer my questions and he was also very rude. Overall bad experience the workers should try and be as helpful as possible not frustrate the customer by being rude

I have bought every pair of shoes I have worn at SRI Shoes for the last 20+ years. I can always find something I like and can afford. The selection is amazing and the prices are low. I am not a big shoe shopper, but I appreciate the help I get at the store finding exactly the shoes I need. I highly recommend SRI Shoes.

I have a teen with rather large feet, very hard to find shoes to fit him! The sales associate was very friendly and helpful, I found a dress shoe that I thought would fit then the manager said if it didnt he could order a larger size! I was "wowed" thanks so much! I will be referring SRI shoe store to friends!

WAY OVERPRICED!! Same style shoes at Marshalls, T.J Maxx and Ross but they are double the price at SRI. They have shoes that say retail $150 on sale for $69 but in reality if you Google the shoes your looking at, you will find the same pair retail for $60. Save your time and your money.

Lots of shoes but not lots of sizes. Had trouble finding 9.5 wide, and clerk offered to try to get it in my size. She took my name and number and the buyer will call the vendor to see if they can get my size. The shoes they do have are very well priced.

Great inventory of moderately priced and high end dress, casual and sport shoes. Ladies clothing boutique, too. Stop waiting on sales, shoes prices are better than department stores and speciality shops. SRI can even place special orders for you too.

If you are looking for shoes this is the place to go!! I honestly have never seen any shoe warehouse as big as this one. This warehouse is the size of a Super Walmart. My only complaint is that they do not have childrens shoes :(

Of all the shoe stores in Raleigh, they probably have the largest selection. The staff are also very helpful and assisted me in finding certain styles and sizes. They are a fair bit more expensive than elsewhere however.

Definitely the best place to buy shoes in Raleigh. Ive been shopping here for years and always find something Im looking for. Theyre missing a few brands that I prefer like Nike but I can live with under armor for now.
