The store was neat and organized. Staff could be more welcoming. Bilingual staff would be useful, especially at this location. The person that checked us out was very nice. A kid kept playing with the spinner because he wanted a free prize. An employee told the kid that he had to get on the free prize before he could actually get a free prize. The employee eventually figured out that the little boy was not going to give up, so the employee finally gave the kid a free prize anyways. I love the buy one get on half off deal! All around its a great store, but employees could just use some training on customer communication.
