Sonya Garland is the meanest business person we have ever dealt with. She charged my daughter twice for rentals and when we called her to ask about the credit she told my daughter would be credited to our card she was mean and said absolutely not she will never refund our money so please never rent from her!

value was the main factor because it was the cheapest option we found compared to renting at sugar mountain. Equipment was in ok condition and costumer service was pretty good. I hope that they upgrade soon because they definitely need it
