You have a large selection of products which is wonderful!! Kristy helped me on Saturday when I came in to get a new pair of running shoes. I purchased a pair of running shoes at different running store -Not Fleet Feet. The salesperson put me in shoe that felt find at the store but after I ran in them at home my feet,ankle, shins and knees hurt. I did a couple more runs and same thing. They where completely wrong for me. Of course, they wont take them back because I wore them. I told Kristy my story we checked my gait and told me I needed a neutral shoe not a stability shoe. She showed me 3 different ones and told me to run on the sidewalk outside the store in them. I loved that the Fleet Feet makes you run in the shoes before you purchase them. Kristy really helped me out and was very patient with me trying and comparing each one. I purchased the shoes and insoles. I run that day when I got home feet,ankles,shin and knees felt great. Ran 6 mil es in th em today and feeling good!! I will be coming back to Fleet Feet for my shoes and other running merchandise. Thank You!!!!

Great running store with an awesome staff! Fleet Feet always has what I need in stock (and if not, they are able to order items quickly!). All of the employees are very helpful and go beyond the scope of their jobs to ensure the customer is satisified. Also, they offer several running groups that provide runners of all abilities the support needed to help them obtain his/her running goals/dreams. I would highly recommend all of the Fleet Feet stores in Cleveland to my friends, family and strangers.

I love the service! You actually dont always carry the sizes/selection of what I come in looking for but your team always finds me something equal or better. I have yet to walk out spending less than a couple hundred dollars! I have visited many other local and box name sporting good/running stores in OH & CA over the years and the service I get at Fleet Feet continues to be the best!

The sales associate was very nice and helpful. She looked at my barefoot walk and put me in a fantastic Nike neutral running shoe and high arch insert. I am so happy with them! I just completed a 5K and the shoes are comfortable and fit like a charm. Plus I absolutely love the limited edition color! I will definitely be referring friends and family over to your store! Pricier than regular workout shoes but well worth it. The correct shoes truly make a difference with my workout and foot pain. I wouldve spent/wasted money on other shoes that wouldnt have given me the proper support and cushion I needed. These shoes are helping in all the right areas for me.
